The room is comfy I was really enjoyed spend time with my family but the light is too low not good for reading and eat in room. Please fix that and i wish i can visit Midtown Hotel as soon as possible. Thank you.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is excellent as it is in central Surabaya where the streets are generally cleaner. The rooms are clean but slightly on the smaller size especially the toilet. There is hardly any room to load the toilet roll. It is within walking distance to Tunjungan Mall. Breakfast is not fantastic but sufficient.

It is close to the shops, really a mid town hotel! nice place a nice area
the staff was very nice and helpful
the food was good, but they should start cooking without MSG, that ia old fashioned and unhealthy, but for me they made special food.

Pick this hotel if you plan to visit the central. There is an eating place within walking distance around the corner. Location is excellent, within range to everywhere in town. Room and bathroom were clean. I love this hotel!

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights in their splendid room. The room is spacious with large windows. Too bad, there is no fridge there. The staff and the service were excellent. I ask them to solve the mosquitos problem and they directly made action. The breakfast menu is not bad in variations, but I think they use too many MSG in the dishes. The hotel is very strategic. It is closed to Tunjungan Plaza
