must improve the hotel, also i changed my room twice, could not get mobile signals inside the hotel as located close to railway station. also taps in the bathroom were not working. food was also costly comparitively

Booked in Goibio Over All Stay was Good. Only thing I requested for cake on my brother birthday on paid service c(Front desk) people refused to do the help, not even gave information about near by Bakery aslo. Customer service response to not up to the mark. rather than that every thing is good.

The hotel is an old one with limited facilities, with only advantage being nearing to the Santacruz station(walk able around 15 mins or may find shared autos as well) so commuting is easy. The room are fine but the blankets are not very clean and with old AC's. No complimentary breakfast is served.
The hotel is located in the near wholesale fabric shops(try buying a few) and does not have much eating options nearby, so you'll have to relay on the hotel only. Food is good. The hotel doesnt have phone service instead they have staff at every floor to help you.
Though the Hotel staff is very helpful, the place is not very suggestive for family.

Let me tell you this is one of my rare negative review on Tripadvisor,I try to get positives in all situations but honestly there is no positive for this hotel(I really tried hard to find atleast 1 positive for this hotel & found out the location of hotel is good, close to Airport). Rooms are really bad & stinks a lot. Staff is not supportive at all, they will try to get as much money from you as they can. I ordered a water bottle at around 1 AM, they water came after 2 reminders, the person who brought the water insisted for cash payment right at that moment, I told him, I can sign the bill & pay for it during check-out as it was late, he said its their rule to have payment on delivery. He didn't had change, so he went & brought it from reception. It took 2 hours right from my first call for water till I got the change back, messed up my sleep at midnight. Overall, a MUST AVOID hotel, the photos shown here are no where near the rooms, they are just fooling people, I booked the room based on pics shown here on Tripadvisor. There were many small insects flying in room.

Stayed with family (2Adults+2Kids)from 11oct2017 to 12oct2017 .Chosen this hotel to stay only for the reason that my 7year old son is crazy for planes.The hotel is excellent for plane spotting from terrace, One can watch the close look of aeroplane belly with heavy sound during takeoff from mumbai airport.The purpose was solved sacrificing the quality of stay.Reception boy with a long hair was very welcoming with smiling face.Lift is not proper .somebody has to push the door from out for the lift to start.Some rooms were getting renovated.One of the day service person was good.But the night server doesnt even respond to you and not even look at your face while talking.I had booked super delux room .Extra matress was supplied at the additional cost of 600/-rs. The matress provided was stinking very bad .tHEwhole room started stinking after getting the matress.Toilet drain was leaking .NO toilteries were supplied except two small medimix soap and clinic plus shampoo sachet. Overall the stay is good for bachelors and Aeroplane enthusiasts.
