Hotel is a 3 star property with basic amenities and under trained saff. The best part of the stay was the food. Its a good stay for a day or two. The front desk staff needs better training. Wifi was pretty slow and towels were not changed.

Wonderful place to stay with family. Very near to Busstand. The food is very nice here and decent place at affordable price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good place for stay and well connected

I still remember waking down to the Minerva on the museum road in vijayawada long back in 2004-05. A trip to vijayawada is incomplete with lunch at Minerva. It was a story 12 years ago. Now the situation is entirely different. Many complained on lack of quality these days.
Coming to my visit to one of their restaurants in Tirupathi, On day 1, after riding 180 kms on bike, the mood of a good was it was entirely spoiled by the team. They have an good looking and comfortable restaurant with a bunch of unprofessional staff. We went for lunch 2 days. they intentionally or unintentionally forgot to serve a couple of dishes and served up on request. When offering cut fruits they gave in a cup with a tooth pick. I feel very uncomfortable eating with a tooth pick in a restaurant where you are ripping the customers and making a good 190 rupees excluding GST.
Day 2, they offered a soup as apart of lunch. I reconfirmed that I have ordered a South Indian meals but not North Indian as the soup was missing in day 1 lunch. Then the young lady with a smile answeredâ may be you are late yesterday and the soup must have become cold. We didnât reheated it so we didnât offeredâ even before we completed lunch we were given finger bowl indicating enough is eating please leave early. And even before we completed lunch we were given bill.
this time the salad is missing but I didnât not reminded them.The bills is 389 and they rounded it to 390 and gave me the change.
Dear management please understand the below
1.LEARN TO USE A GOOD SET OF FORKS.PEOPLE DONâT EAT WITH TOOTH PICKS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FORK AND TOOTH PICKS
2.OFFER EVERY THING ON MENU. IF YOU HAVE HABIT OF FORGETTING PLEASE GIVE THE CUSTOMERS A PALM PLATE WITH LIST OF ITEMS ON MENU AND WE WILL CROSS CHECK WHILE YOU SERVE.
3.PEOPLE ON TABLE ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN PEOPLE WAITING OUTSIDE. LET THEM WAIT. SERVE FINGER BOWL AFTER END OF MEAL.
4.DONâT TAKE TIPS YOURSELF. GIVE THE CHANGE AND LET US DECIDE WHAT TO DO.
THE DAY A GUEST LEAVE WITH DISSATISFACTION YOUR DOWNFALL STARTS. ONCE IT STARTS NO ONE CAN STOP IT

Good deal to visit,luxury toor.free breakfast with WiFi.no more deviations in that.better place ever visiting.great place to stay.near to bustand railway station .taxi are also reliable.hope to visit again

If you are going to tirupathi with friends ,family or alone if you ask me which hotel is nice,I would say Minerva grand as my option to stay and to have food and moreover it is quite near to the main bus station of tirupathi.The ambience at the restaurant is quite good and rooms are perfect I would rate it 3.5/5.
