We booked this hotel through goibibo Stayed for 1 day only with family clean and spacious room ,BREAKFAST was good, cooperative staff , good location , near mkt and shopping mall, overall good hotel ...

Right from the check-in where we were given free upgrade,the experience in Milestone was awesome.We returned after midnight from the movies and the best part was at that hour also they provided us with mini meal which was yum.Milestone pretty much surpasses most of the hotel standards in Siliguri .Very happy with the stay and would always prefer to stay here hence on.

Good reception
Pathetic food and too costly with no quality
The Lobby was full of smell of cigarettes from the banquet party
Will not recommend to stay with family
As I had booked through MMT, seemed treatment and allocation of room was secondary

Fabulous stay after a long drive from Pelling to Bagdogra to find the plane has been cancelled it was fabulous to find this wonderful hotel my room was inviting warm and comfortable. All staff extremely friendly and willing to help, room service sent a waiter from the restaurant to explain the menu(terrific serviceð)

This used to be my fav hotel for stay in Siliguri. Not anymore... Services have detoriarated like anything. Do not get fooled by old ratings and reviews, it was good earlier. Not anymore. Much better stay options available nearby
