I visited this hotel nd liked few things specially the food spread nd live counters there. The staff is polite and respectful. There response is little bit slow otw few one like Arun in house keeping nd others were fine. Nice nd cool stay

Great place to stay! Quiet and clean room and spacious. The room exceeded my expectations. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is on the outer ring road and that could be a problem for some but for me, it worked out just nice.

We stayed there for a day recently and our experience was great. The hotel has been kept in a great condition, the service was excellent, they even kept the luggage with them for more than a week when we were out of town...highly recommend this hotel.

Divya Palangappa has always been pleasant and quick to offer help to guests. We have had several pleasant experiences. One specific instance was when she arranged for afternoon tea by poolside for our special guests. Similarly Kiran Robert and Arun at the gym always extend professional assistance to guests. We recommend MSR Hotel & Spa.

In general this hotel is very nice. The room was spacious and very good but the mold smelled in bathroom after showering. I spent nine nights in this hotel and in two nights there were some kind of parties (weddings etc.) in the downstairs. The noise (loud music etc.) reached easily my room in those nights. Breakfast was very good.
