Hats off to the front desk of Pravin and Mukesh who went about their job ever smiling.
Welcome to see the front desk manager accompanying the guests to their rooms and explaining the facilities at the resort - Thanks Pravin for this.
Sushil - the GM is absolutely hands on with the job.
Great place good for rejuvenation - the food good do with improvements.
Overall a good rejuvenation stay for me and the family!

Stayed for a night. The exteriors of the resort are good.
The interior look a big NO NO.
Rooms, toilets are shabby. Toilets stink and water flooding, leaking issues in our room. Basics need to be improvised.
Very limited options in breakfast. Should try and keep more.
More preferred guests are those who have bookings for marriages, birthdays, receptions and events.

I happened to be here over the long Republic day weekend!
Great place - away from the hustle n bustle of the city.
Good place to rejuvenate, special mention of the front desk - Mukesh Verma, Pravin Ingulkar who were super helpful and responsive to all our demands.
Good show Pravin Ingulkar and Mukesh, keep the show on!!

Hotel is pathetic in terms of room / facilities / food / location. This is again one of sub standard country club affiliation worth zero. Most of food items were not available. Dirty surroundings make it worse even to come out

Well managed space, infrastructure is good, spacious rooms but need better management
Points to be noted-
1. We had visited in Dec but no hot water were available. After lot of requests they managed.
2. Food is pathetic. No test at all.
3. Tandoor items not available on weekdays.
4. No room service
5. During check out no proper receipts are given. No bills at all.
6. Cards are not accepted. Only cash (seems to be working for cash only)
Not recommended.
