Standard facilities, old building, just normal quality of rooms and facilities but the price is high class international hotel. Only location is very good. Located in down, easy to access Westlands, Upper Hill, Lavington etc.

This hotel aims to be 5 star but I would not grade it such at this time as the room was tired.The hotel is under renovation so may improve.I was disappointed that we did not have any hot water and the early breakfast we had was late.However,on a positive side the restaurant was excellent with quality produce and good service.I would return to this hotel after the renovation as I probably visited at the wrong time.

Great place to have coffee and meet friends. Walking distance to city centre. Currently undergoing renovations but still worth the time. Be careful however as this hotel due to it's strategic location is loved by both political camps in Government and opposition as a meeting ground during political rallies. If you find yourself visiting here during one of those periodic times of heightened political temperatures, you may be well advised to stay indoors

Excellent services, and common areas. Good variety and quality of food.
Good rooms but old -fashionned but they are in a refurbishment process.
Need to improve the check and welcome processess.
The staff are nice, always with a smile.

Traveling with a group of people and found I left my passport at previous stop. It was sent to this hotel by courier. Courier lost it! The manager, hotel staff and porters were so nice and genuinely supportive during this ordeal. I will never forget there generosity and kindness. Group had to leave me and I was in Nairobi by myself with no passport. Pass port was eventually found but the anxiety I went through was so horrible. I canât thank this hotel enough. The food and service were great as were the accommodations!
