Rooms look older but seem royal as well spacious and looks like a suite rooms.
value for money as well staff are too good. staffs are the best part of the hotel. For night walk its a nice atmosphere. loved the hotel

Room is spacious but would have been better with a balcony. Food was fine though it lacked variety. Staff there is very helpful and friendly. Location is on the main road and is convenient to locate. Rooms are bit more priced.

Nalapad is a very expansive hotel and the stay is very poor. I stayed in some homestays for 500 rupees per night, which were so much better.
First of all the men working at the reception used my pasport to send me friend requests on Facebook. I found this the first very weird and inappropriate thing that happened. After that, I saw my room. The ventilator was not working, the toilet was broke, found hairs of other quests in the bathroom and their was no Wifi in te room (while I was booking the hotel, they mentioned that Wifi should be included). I told the manager that I was not satisfied about my stay. She asked me to wait for 2 minutes. At the end I wait for one hour and at the end she told me to complain at the website Agoda.com. At the end, she gave me a very small refund which I found not oke comparing it with the price of the hotel per night.

I have book the room through clear trip for stay in that hotel 30 th april 2017.when i check in room condition was very horrible.toilet not flushed,bath room not cleaned.room was fully bad smell.totally it was very bad experience.if room is not in condition,they should not allot to anybody.

I Stayed with my family as i was driving to Bangalore and i was tired i saw this Hotel on the main road towards Bangalore.
Staff at Reception was very friendly and they gave me a room and they said it is renovated as i had gone through the bed reviews in Trip advisor but i was shocked to see the rooms are renovated and we had a comfortable stay and i suggest this hotel for the travellers to mysore.
