Went by my family friend's advice to stay here. Loved the hotel and more importantly their staff. Best part about this hotel is that its right in the heart of the city and hence a lot of places of Margao are very close.

We have been staying at nanutel over the year( almost 15 years) for short visits/transits and it has gotten better year on year. The service is very good...the food on the menu ( the goan selections) has been good...the rooms and the toiletries improved over the years. Breakfast needs improvement ...this year I was there for a night and as always we had no surprises. That's what one wants on short visits...

Stayed here for a night as I was in Madgaon to attend a wedding. Close to the Madgaon railway station ( 4 km approx). Rooms had all the basic necessities of a business hotel - washrooms, clean linen. Breakfast spread is definitely good (South Indian/ Goan/ North Indian and Continental ) .
Majority of the travellers appeared to be business travellers.
Good to know - Hotel to airport taxi is approx Rs 800-900. The Hotel does not offer airport drop but can arrange for a taxi driver to meet you.
Will recommend if you are in Madgaon for non touristy stuff, staying for a couple of nights.

This is a good hotel, centrally located in Margao. I booked this hotel online after reading the reviews and have to admit that it was a good choice . The rooms are very clean , the breakfast copious and the staff hospitable.
The only big negative is that the hotel is attached to a bunch of taxi guys outside who run the taxi service like a mafia and openly cheat the guests. They do not allow other taxi companies to come by forcing the guests to use their services at an exorbitantly high price. I suggested to the hotel to get a list of transport companies that they can reccomend to their guests so that this extortion can stop.

If you are in marga then this is the place to have your lunch - order the thali and be rest assured of a divine fish eating experience - Alternate try the Prawn curry rice which is similar awesome
