Spent just over a week in this hotel, good facilities, delightful staff. Rooms are clean but my bathroom was a bit sad looking would benefit from a revamp. The hot water was a bit erratic.
I was disappointed with the evening meal, quiet bland plus they served western food (pasta most nights) would have been better if there was more variety and a bit more spice in the meals. Breakfast were good served by attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble.

My first visit here, and I was in awe of the huge open areas for parking, the main entrance foyer, the lobby, the lawns, the pool and just about everywhere. What was even more awe inspiring was the unimaginable space in this otherwise crowded area, and the peace and quiet.
I was there for a large family get together, held in the rear lawn of this palatial premised, they had laid out adequate seating, and a fantastic buffet spread.
Surely this place would warrant more frequent visits, and may be some time, I may even spend a day or too by checking into the hotel.
Really liked this place.

We didnât stay here, itâs beautiful though. We ate at the garden bar/ restaurant one night. The food had no flavor but the cocktails were good and the ambience is great! We sat outside and had a relaxing evening.

Excellent location , good service, rooms are bit old fashioned so frequent cleaning is needed. 2 pubs Shikarbagh and palladio are gems! Great place to hang out and excellent food and spirits with ambience to vouch for! Furthermore old world charm of premier shopping in haveli is Excellent!

Again the old palace scenario with huge rooms, beyond high ceilings, no comfort at all which includes no heating in the winter and windows + doors that don't close properly. Just a super tiny electric heater for the room and no place to plug it in or near the bathroom. As to the bathroom, it probably hadn't seen a reno since the 1950's and rust was everywhere. Our TV didn't work and after 3 calls, they finally replaced it with a super tiny one, on the other side of the huge room (impossible to see anything from the bed). I forgot to say that it was not super clean either. So beside the restaurant that was good, nothing to recommend there.
