I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and enjoyed my stay. I stayed solo and the room provided was huge for me. Hotel provides for free - japanese night dress to use in hotel, shaving razor, tooth brush with tooth paste etc. Front desk talks english although not fluently though. Hotel name outside is written in big japanese letters - so those who do not know the language and coming without online map may puzzle a little. Onsen was good and my second day look of the onsen was completely different from the 1st day one - it looked like a magic for me. I took train from Noda station, so it was almost a 2 km walk from the hotel. It was calm and without noise for two days and on third day could hear lot of noise - may be the problem with my neighbour rather than the hotel. Overall liked it and would recommend.

Decent hotel with small rooms at a very good location.You cant leave Japan without the onsen bath experience its one of its kind especially on a cloudy and rainy day in october its a blessing in disguise.Service is good and staff is warm and friendly

If you're in osaka for travel and/or tour with long walk and shopping, I recommend this place because you can relax after the day. The hot spring seems to showcase a traditional Japanese culture. But don't expect the room to be big as those big hotels but the size of this hotel is reasonable in Japan. Overall is a very good experience for both facility, amenities, location, and staffs.

Pity that we have stayed for one night only. Room is new and modern, with moderate size larger than Toyoko Inn. The service here is very good. The staff always smile and greet us. They offer different type of pillows to choose from. The onsen is great too even its located indoor. The breakfast tastes good too. Its location is good with 5 minutes walk to railway station.
We must visit again next time.

Was clean, tidy and value for money. Was made to wait right until 3pm to check in. First in Japan that had happened. Wifi seem to drop in and out constantly.
Was located a bit further away from trains and attractions than I expected.
