Visited in December 2017 (4 to 6). Hotel Rooms are ordinary and not something great however food was great and Restaurant was Awesome and dedicated to 1983 Cricket world cup. Staff strength is on low side which you will feel when u have to give repeat reminders for small things, but they are courteous. There is a cesspool at the back of hotel which gives a stinky feeling in the washrooms. Also they ask to keep your keys at the counter if you wish to clean the room. Small Swimming pool is on roof top but same is not clean and timing are 0800 to 1700 hrs. Jagannath temple is Approx 1.5 kms away. However model beach is just 500 mtrs from the resort.

Location is quite good. very close to the sea. But management is not co-opertive. food price is quite high in respect to quality. It is popular just because of its location. Good for family travellers.

I had a recent holiday at this hotel planned suddenly. I was a bit doubtful about this hotel while coming but since it was an unplanned holiday I took the risk depending on make my trips reviews.
The first impression on entering was nice. It was late evening and the room allotted was also decent. Considering the charges it was good. Beach is a little walk away say two to three minutes but near by. It is very near to Mayfair Hotel. You can take an auto from the station to the hotel for 100 rupees.
Food was also decent. You can enjoy a vegetarian meal for two for Rs.700 or a non vegetarian meal for two for around Rs. 1000.
All the people here nice but there are a few things I would like to comment for the hotel authorities to note.
Tea or coffee is served without any tea spoons including in the breakfast.
The quantity of butter and jam served for two plates of toasts is more than double than actually required. This waste is not necessary. Applicators are also not provided and you need to use you spoons
There are no tea spoons in the room either.
The room service is ok but there are chances for improvement.
On the whole this is a fine hotel to stay but guests would be more happy to get these small improvements.

Location is nice.Away from the hustle bustle of town but very near to sea.It has a roof top pool too which adds to the charm.Food is also good and quick service.The best part is...it is well within the budget of all people coming for a comfortable stay at Puri.

Jagannath temple is Approx 1.5 kms away and auto is available at a auto stand outside the hotel at Rs 100 one side. Decent enough for a single day/night visit, but dont go with high expectations.
