I was solo traveler and booked the delux room via makemytrip web site.
Stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. Based on my observation here are reviews.
all points are based on rating 1 to 10 (1 for Worst and 10 for very good)
Location (9/10) :
Very near to Baga Beach and especially tito's lane. Hardly 7 mins walk.
Little inside from main road but hardly 100 meters in.
In order to reach here get down at Thihim station via train and u can get prepaid taxi for cost around 650 INR. Or you can Contact hotel for Cab arrangements. It is not come under hotel management
but they have tie up with some cabs that cost around 1300 to 1500 INR for Airport pickup/drop.
Hotel premises: (5/10)
there are 5 different building of resort.
One in which reception is presen
other are are little inside.
two wings have rooms facing generators which create lots of sound.
Other have galleries against open are and swimming pool.
Its very important where you are getting room.
Room:(4.5/10)
I got deluxe room with AC, which has one hall and one bedroom
It has two balconies.one for Bedroom and one for hall.
Each balcony has two chairs and one glass table.
Room has wifi, but for name sake, speed was low.
Please tell users how to use them. Somewhere I was not getting range as well.
in receiption are you may get good range.
Hall:
Hall was having small seating sofa and glass table and study table and chair. On which electronic kettle and cups are kept for tea and coffee.
Middle passage as cupboard with safety lockers for cloths.
Bedroom :
has one big bed, two side tables with drawers and night lamp, one dressing table with chair, AC and TV.
AC is little old fashioned, but split one. Sometimes create voice.
I can see some tiny ants on side tables, they need to look into it.
Room wall painted in yellow color, on some walls we can see some wetness and paint removed due to that.
Bedroom should have small tea table to eat food while watching TV.
One fridge is also there in room with some eat/drinks paid options.
Furtniture was little old fashioned.
Bathroom:
Bath room has bath tub and western type commode.
Bath tub was big enough.
Hot water was available.
They should provide some comb as well.
Bath tub water was taking time in draining water from it. Please look into drainaige issue. I mean, if there are two people, then one has to wait at least 15 minutes to get that water drained from
bathtub. I felt time I should have choosen without bathtub room. (Room 803)
Bath room needs little more maintainance. Mirrors has stained of toothbrush, again little ants, some gas smells as well though exhaust fan was present. Towel stand was present little on top on wall. Have to jump though I am 5.5 foot.
Food: (5/10)
Though food from alacarta menu was good.
But breakfast was not good at all.
Breakfast room was not big enough for all guest.
timing was from 8 to 10 i guess.
Comeon people come to goa and spend whole night time on pubs and beaches. how can we wake up before 10 AM to have breakfast. ;)
Please include some good dishes at breakfast, tossed potatos, roasted tomatoes, I m not on diet dude. Keep some Upma, Uttapa (it was there on one day),dosa etc.
Some guys ordered breakfast separately though they have paid for free breakfast rooms. Please improve in breakfast menu.
I not not tried there other restaurents or dishes hence not commenting on that.
Servies (6/10)
Service was good for me.
Some people were making noise.
But they should keep more people to pay attention for room service.
I called person for taking tea cups, those were not cleared from 6 hrs also. Sad :(
Restaurent extension number was never reachable or no one pickups the call, I have to call room service extension.
Checkin/Checkout: (7/10)
No much issues in check-in/chckout process.
But front office desk should have some talks while chek-in and check out.
It will be good gesture for others. I have not seen them doing that. Strange.
Surrounding area:
1. Very near to Titto's lane and Baga beach.
2. Many eating joints and market near by.
3. Hotels associated with some cabs in hotel premises which can take you to ride for south goa tourm north goa tour. They also have some travel companies number as well. do check inividually.
I got 1800 INR for north Goa tour and same amount for south goa.
Other tips:
1. Please ask room for facing swimming pool area which is exactly abouve lakeside restaurent.
2. Spa and saloon also present but I did not use those.
3. Hotel should look into Furnitue and room paing and plumbing details for leak, dirt and all. Please do some paste control as well for ants.
4. Please smile while greeing customers, little talk with them, this will create good images.
5. Please Please look for Water drainaige on bath tubs.
Overall rating: (5.5/10)
You people are doing good. Hotel location is also good
You just need to invest little in room decor and food.
Rest all is good.
and yes, Please change the Generator position, not good for travelers living near that, Keep it in some other locations.
Dreadful . Avoid

The worse place I have ever had the misfortune to stay at
Was booked for us through an agent as part of a private tour ....doubt theyâll send anyone here again !
Checked out after 1 night out 10
The place feels like there is a layer of grime over everything
The room was not only dingy and depressingly dark it was also filthy
At one point we had 6 members of staff including the manager in the room , they could not disagree with our oberservations the dirt was plain to see
Never again
The beach didnât improve matters it was across between a4 funfairs competing bud Linâs on speed and Blackpool strip
Hardly a relaxing beach holiday !when we were greeted with a set of rules on arrival ...no bringing food drink in no other people in your room no tattoo ink on bed linens or you will be charged ....shouldâve realised and made a run for it then
4 stars my ar*e
Absolutely terrible, a complete disappointment

I am so disappointed with the Nazri Resort. I got to the resort and was told they didn't have my booking or payment, as it was late at night I paid again hoping to be able to get my money back from the booking agent. The agent informed me the Nazri did receive the money and needed to refund me. The general manager Peter said it would take 48 hours to refund. It has been 12 days. The nazri owes me $590 Australian dollars. I have tried contacting them and it was only when I threatened legal action that they replied to my email.
I spent at least an hour every day whilst I was there at reception trying to sort this out. Peter only made an appearance on the last day.
Nazri where is my money??
Apart from this the resort is not nice, don't pay for breakfast better to go down to the beach and get better food. I paid for a room with a balcony but didn't get one. The rooms are stuffy with a tiny window. The gym that is advertised hasn't been built yet. The whole place is old and run down. No hot water and the electricity goes off all the time.
Don't stay here you will get ripped off and have a horrible time. I have travelled to over 30 countries and never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I wish I could give this no stars but that's not possible
Won't be returning............

This was our first time in India and it is fair to say that as we made the journey from the airport to the resort we were shocked from the outset at the conditions we witnessed. When we arrived at the Nazri my first thought was that although the grounds were well kept and attractive, the fixtures and fittings of the hotel were worn out and the place needed an update. A visit to the ladies toilet in reception bore this out and I started to dread seeing the room. Our room was a standard at the back of hotel, and I was right to be apprehensive as again the place had a worn out feel to it, the bathroom especially was unpleasant with watermarks all over the old varnished wood in there. The dining room was in the same category to extent that after about day 4 I could not face it in the morning so we ate on the balcony of our room. The balcony was ok in the morning but in the evening it was unbearable due to noise coming from the generator nearby it truly was deafening.
The food was OK, he staff were OK but all in all it was a bit depressing overall.

Bad customer service, rank looking decor, moldy stained couch in my room! I would never stay here again and they shouldnât be aloud to label themselves as a resort. Go to Anjuna Beach instead, and check out the markets on Wednesday
