A very good budget hotel where you get very good comfort.
Well located near malls restaurants bakery shopping etc.
I often stay at this hotel. You get 4 star comfort at 3 star prices.
Courteous staff
Value for money.

Excellent service from all nice staff, Rizka as a receptionist was very helpfull. Clean hotel room with strategic located, variety breakfast menu in cozy restaurant. Very good hotel, would be visit again.

Minimalist no clutter hotel. It provides the basics necessities in the room, nice clean room and toilet, nice firm bed, average sized room.
There is that MRT construction in front of the hotel but I didn't hear any disturbing sound.

I have stayed a few times in the last 3 years at Hotel Neo, Melawai. It is very centrally located in Blok M , opposite and close by Malls, bakery, restaurants. The staff are very coureous. Breakfast is not bad I must say. There is Beer available at reasonable prices. Besides these, the Hotel also provides Spa services in the room itself, which gives a lot of comfort and relaxation - again, the rates are extremely reasonable and affordable. I would certainly recommend a 90 minutes or 120 minutes massage and the well-trained masseuse extends excellent service.

My Jakarta office is located around fatmawati melawai area. There are few other options of budget hotels in Melawai-Fatmawati-Blok M area, but I keep coming back to Neo, for the following reasons (but when you read these please do keep in mind that this is a budget hotel, so do not compare it with expensive hotels)
- the price is reasonable
- receptionists are friendly
- they have good wifi (I can watch youtube or online movies)
- bed was quite comfy (compared to another budget hotel in the area that I have tried)
-they are really close to restaurants in Melawai (the "little tokyo" of Jakarta) (I love Japanese food)
- they are close to Starbucks.
Downsides:
- breakfast was so so
- it is near the construction area of the MRT project, so if you are staying in this hotel, you may want to ask for rooms that have quiet surroundings.
