เดินทางจากสนามบินสะดวกมาก ที่พักติดกับสถานี Nagahoribashi-sakaisuji line(ทางออกเป็นบันได2-B) สำหรับคนที่มีกระเป๋าเดินทางใบใหญ่ แนะนำออกอีกทางที่มีลิฟท์ (nort exit) เดินทางมากับครอบครัว จองห้องพัก 2 ห้อง (2,3คน) สามารถฝากกระเป๋าก่อนเวลาเช็คอิน และหลังจากเช็คเอาท์ได้ ห้องพักสะอาด ห้องน้ำมีปัญญาแต่พนักงานก็รีบมาแก้ไขให้ โดยรวมถือว่าดี คุ้มกับราคาที่จ่ายไป The location is good. Easy access to the hotel from Nagahoribashi station(sakaisuji line).The hotel near shoping street Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori,just walk 10-15 mins.The room is small but clean . Nice hotel in overall.

Hotel's Location is excellent. Simply turn right from exit 2B of Nagahoribashi station. (1-2mins on foot) It is also close to Shisaibashi (5-10mins
on foot)

Room is tiny. It will be hard to walk if you open one suitcase. However, the room amenities are a surprise, especially for the room spray, mini fridge and hairdryer. Bed is comfortable but the pillows aren't. Bathroom is also tiny but the water pressure from shower is great. The shower gel and shampoo are in good size and quality.

Vending machines are placed on different floors that can easily buy bottles of water.

Most of the front office staff are nice and thanks for housekeeping staff making the rooms clean and tidy during my stay.

Booked six nights and used this location as connecting point To Hiroshima, Kyoto, Miyajima, Kobe and Okayama. Although room was very small, it was clean, safe and reasonably quiet. Rooms are cleaned daily. Body shampoo, hair shampoo and conditioner are provided and it’s not the sample size usually provided by hotels. Bathrobe and slippers also provided.

I’m not a fan of heavy Japanese breakfast but decided to try it on my last day. You definitely get options.

Check in and check out were fast. Personnel speak minimal English which is fine unless you are looking for deep conversations, so not a big deal for me. They were friendly and available which is important to me. There is a luggage scale available in lobby which comes in handy if you go overboard with souvenirs.

Bathroom 3/5 too small but think it is average in Japan

I stayed one night and it was not that pleasant experience due to noise.
Seems like wall btw room and room is very thin so I can hear everything in next room. people in next door kept kicking the wall and people in hall way made horrible noise until late night. It was so so so horrible. Hotel was nice but the guests were terrible and terrible.

This hotel is good value for money given its location to Shinsaibashi and Dontoburi where it's every shopaholic and foodie's dream come true!
Unfortunately the wi-fi was extremely slow, mostly hopeless throughout our 4 days stay.
In addition, room for improvement on housekeeping. Our dirty utensils were left unwashed each day & there were black/green moss lining around the shower area. Otherwise, the room was relatively clean.
No biggie for us as like many other reviews, the location factor trumps it all :)
