Rocking steak and ale pie and my wife had a spicy beany burger that hit the heights. The Gallery does it again.

Four guests, two fresh from UK, each vocalised delighted in every mouthwatering mouthful. Tuna barbequed to individual perfection that literally melted in the mouth. Half a freshly roasted organic chicken with herb crisped skin. Served with a fresh delicious green salad, red cabbage coleslaw that bears no resemblance to the mayonnaise saturated slaw traditionally peddaled, together with the deliciously creamy potatoes au gratin that keep you coming back for more. Red wine served in a warm glass at the perfect temperature delighted our guest. Concerned about eating outside in the lower temperatures - don't be - Dave lit the gas heaters which kept us all warm. Sustained delivery over time of excellent ingredients cooked to perfection.

Great little place this is on the other side of Lantau Island by a lovely quiet beach, I only spent the afternoon here on a lovely day. Feels very country side and even cows were wandering the street! Will definitely come back to spend a day or two here and eat and drink at this place :)
Nice friendly relaxing atmosphere to chill with few drinks, and nice selection too.. I had some beers (or 2 or 3 or 4...) and a lovely English cider before ordering my steak. Judging by the dry storage of the meat I saw I was pretty sure it just has to be good.
Not disappointing at all! I think I had the rib-eye and it was just beautifully cooked with great barbecue flavour and I can honestly say it's the best steak I have eaten anywhere, loved it! (My previously best steak was at posh restaurant in Oxford, UK with their own Angus - but this beats it!).
If coming here on a weekend, it can take very long to wait for taxi from Tung Chung MTR.. so next time I will pre-order taxi or get No. 11 bus!
Highly recommend a visit to this place.

we got a cash gift for the holidays. we were so curious about the gallery in tong fuk. what a great decision. my wife had medium rare rib eye and i had 1/2 roasted chicken. both were cooked perfectly and huge portions. our dishes came with cole slaw, salad, potato au gratin and fries. all great. so much food. my wife (janette) got a hot mulled wine (great taste and value). creme brulee for dessert. left so happy and so full and some leftovers for dinner tonight. the owner dave is a straight forward kind of person with a real good sense of humor and an obvious pride about his business. good for couples, families, friends, business or solo

We decided to stay overnight in this caravan park in the southern part of Lantau (Tong Fuk) for the weekend. It was cold by Hong Kong standard, so I didn't want to go through the trouble of doing an outdoor BBQ at the camp site. Although the one and only street by the park seemed pretty quiet, we decided to take our chances and explore. We saw an Indian restaurant, a bar and grill kind of place and a little mom-and-pop grocery store. My wife made the decision, so we went to the bar and grill place. As soon as we walked in, I knew I was right at home when I saw the open fire grill and a full bar. My eyes went wide-open when I saw their own dry-age steak in the fridge - I mean we were kind of in the middle of nowhere and this place offered at least 8 to 10 types of brew and had their own dry-aged steak sizzling on a open fire grill?! Obviously, I went with the dry-aged steak (a 12oz ribeye) and my wife decided to have the chicken kabab. When I placed our orders, the bartender/chef (owner) asked me whether or not we wanted to try their free range grilled chicken, which had just arrived in the morning and had never been frozen. My intuition was to say no because my wife doesn't really take advice from anyone, so I kindly declined. The guy asked me again "Are you sure? You're not gonna get another chicken like this." Eventually we were convinced. The food came and we destroyed everything and licked the plates clean. I went up to the guy and said "that was the best chicken I've had in a long long time! Amazing!!!". The house dry-aged steak was fantastic and the free range chicken was way beyond my expectation! Absolutely amazing! The service was personal and attentive! Definitely a rare find! We would definitely make an effort to return to the place again!!!
