That about sums up our stay in "New Jacquline". The place has a very warm fuzzy feeling. Beautiful view of the lake and the mountains, calm and serene location, nice rooms and most important of all, amazing hospitality. The owner and the people who work there (special mention to Manzoor bhai) literally went out of their way to make sure that our stay was absolutely pleasant and memorable. Be it food, transportation, guidance with sightseeing, just about anything at all. We managed to have just 2 meals with them in our brief stay and the food was really tasty and nice and like home made food. Thank you so much for a beautiful time and the hospitality. Look forward to coming back and staying there once again!

Best house boat in Nagin lake. We had spent 2 night here. Food was prepared there and was like home food. Owner of the boat was also there to know any issue. Owner has upgraded our room free of cost. Kawa drink we have taken were tasty. Overall value for money.

Was there on 27th of January....with family and friends around 15 of us ,they took utmost care of us ....the rooms are very beautiful and we'll maintained,I stayed thier top suite....feels like royal.....the room heater is vintage but very good kept us warm the whole night .....food was good ...the view from the "BOW" is heaven especially during sunrise .....having a cup of hot tea and lazing around is all we did ....once again Kashmiri hospitality is top notch .....

New Jacquline HB is one of the best HB's you will find, in the serene corner of Nigeen Lake, it's location is fantastic. The hospitality is outstanding, the care-taker is super sweet and extra accommodating. The overall experience was superlative!! It was such an honor to have stayed here. Despite the freezing cold of December, we were very well taken care of and the food on the houseboat is just outstanding. Thank you so much for everything, we really had one of the most serene, peaceful and an outstanding experience. We loved every moment we spent there.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful houseboat on Lake Nigeen, which I found to be more peaceful than Dal Lake. We visited in end of December with temperatures going down to -5/-6 °C at night. The room heating worked perfectly through the night and kept the room warm and cosy. The owner, Mr Sami visited us and made sure we were comfortable. Service was excellent - Mr Manzoor was our host on the houseboat and he took very good care of us. The food is freshly prepared in Kashmiri style and is delicious! Highly recommend and we would definitely want to stay here on our next trip to Kashmir.
