We checked into this propert thinking it would be half decent, it felt like you were in jail closed off from the rest of the word.The room was quite cramped for a queen and a single bed and was not particularly clean. The private pool was very small and always at freezing temperature, we did not bother swimming in it,it was shaded so you couldn't even tan. The breakfast each morning was brought to the room, lack of variety and always arrived cold, stayed 7 nights, how many days can you have eggs and nasi go rent.We decided to try the main pool, it was very clean but not a deck chair in site, I mentioned this to the manager and he said do you want me to bring one from the rooms as there are none here.The staff were very friendly but this place is really not worth the money spent.The location is good but that is all it has got going for it.

This is one of out favourite villas we have stayed at in Bali. The location is great, Cocoon Beach Club is within walking distance as well as the beach. We very rarely got into a taxi, we pretty much walked everywhere.
The rooms were very clean and were cleaned daily. The room had an outdoor bathroom, king bed, kitchenette and a living area with a private pool and tanning chairs. I would say that we spent majority of our time within the villa because it was so relaxing and quiet. Breakfast was delivered every morning on time and with a big smile.
The wifi was great and the kitchen was well equipped. There is also room service which we thought was rare for a private villa to offer this service. We would call after the kitchen closed and they would still make some food for us - the service was great.
We loved staying here!

It's a very very small narrow road to drive in before you could find this place, we missed it the first round and had to do it again when we first arrived. Had a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool and this place had 2 very spacious open concept bathrooms. Bed is comfortable and aircon very strong. Front desk staff Sri is very nice and showed us around within the villa. Breakfast is always served inside the villa according to the time you want. Now on those small details which I didn't like is their hot water doesn't come readily, no hot water for us on the 1st night, we complained on the 2nd day, and they changed the "gas tank" right away but still only 1 bathroom has it and the other one still no hot water. Our lights on the main door was not working, and they replaced it on next morning, thought all this supposed to be checked before we check-in into the villa. Room service staff tend to be forgetful too, took away our used towel, shower cap, bathroom mat, etc... and not replacing new ones. Breakfast though nicely lay out on tables but food is not warm enough, and taste fluctuates, some days very salty. Though mosquito coil provided and lit, still plenty of mosquitoes around, my kids were attacked so badly until they hardly sleep. Didn't try their pool as it was raining heavily throughout our stay. This may be my first and last experience trying open concept villa.

We arrived to a room where the electricity didnât work, the tv was difficult to work and the door almost impossible to lock. Not a nice beginning to our holiday....The villas are tired and old, smelly bathrooms with lots of leaking/wet areas. Food just OK. Large pool was being repaired so we couldnât use and our villa pool was really cold. Mosquitos - had to keep spraying everywhere. Overall everything could have been cleaner, but I guess difficult when everything looks tired and cracked etc.. Terrible old towels and pillows. The hotel is also too far from good restaurants in Seminyak. We had to change hotels half way through our stay. The lost money is worth it to give us a holiday we will remember fondly. One positive - the staff were helpful.

Pros: Short walk to restaurants, beach, shops & places for massage. Spacious outdoor living room, comfortable bed, villa has kitchenette & big fridge.
Cons; : Villa is hard to find as it is located in a small side street. You have to go further inside to find it. You always have to tell the driver landmarks from the street where the villa is located. Pool tiles are dirty. The part of the pool where you can sit is dirty. It hasn't been scrubbed. When i sat there i can see dirts in the water floating. I wonder how often they clean &change the water in the pool. Massage is overprice. You can get a cheaper massage a few minutes walk outside the villa.
