Excellent accommodation and excellent value for money. Very friendly and efficient Staff. I stayed in both NH Hotels in Alicante and both were ideal for my visit. This is my third time using both NH Hotels in Alicante which suited my requirements.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was just on the outskirts so nice and quiet but a short ride into the centre. The suite was spacious and comfortable and there was plenty of choice for breakfast.

Clean, spacious rooms with cozy decoration, big bathroom and amenities. Wifi working perfectly, at least at the first floor where my room was. Breakfast really good and vast but only one coffee machine creating queues! Spa and pool available but haven't used. Helpful and kind personnel. Location considered problematic specially if you are used to staying in hotels in the city centre and reaching everything within a walking distance. In addition to this there are no many choices around to dine (one or two) if you are hungry. Supermarket right next to the hotel and pharmacy in the next corner. Overall a good impression but would prefer something less perfect but with a better location.

Staff is kind, they are trying hard. The rooms really needs to be updated. Old furniture falling apart, strong strange smell, therefore also hard to get a good sleep. Although bed was comfortable enough.

Everything was perfect. Staff was nice, the property was clean and neat.
