It was a bit over our budget but we booked this hotel on a limb anyway and we were not disappointed!! The staff is great, location is AMAZING, bartenders super nice, rooms spacious and very comfortable. Did I mention the location was amazing?!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, First of all this hotel is in a perfect location right In the middle of 'Dam square', there is a tram stop right across the road from the hotel. I went away to Amsterdam for 4 nights for my 21st birthday, Whilst checking into the hotel I had been told that because I was staying here for my birthday they had upgraded our room free of charge which I thought was an amazing touch and couldn't be more thankful. The room itself was huge, Amazing tea/coffee fertilities a mini bar containing and long list full of different alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The mini bar also including some snacks also. The bathroom was fantastic double his and her stink, with a small light up mirror on the wall (which I thought was an amazing touch) aswell as a big one. Safe in the room also which I think is always necessary, Huge wardore space with loads of hangers. The bed was very comfortable and a massive big telly on the wall with loads of different channels in english and other languages. The view from our window was lovely the room was very peaceful and very very nicely decorated.The room were always so clean and fresh. Overall this hotel was the best hotel I've ever stayed in, the staff couldn't do enough for you and were always so polite. If I could I would give this hotel a million stars as I think everything about this place, from location to the falsities to the decor and to the little added extras this hotels goes to is amazing. So amazing that I've only been back 6 days and have booked to stay at this hotel again. Amazing amazing if you are thinking of booking here but are unsure please book it you will not be disappointed.

Had a lovely long weekend for our anniversary. Housekeeping staff treated us to bed made up with a design of rose petals and catering provided a tray of chocolates. All very lovely. The only downside was that the bar wasn't big enough to accommodate all the guests who wanted to use it. Otherwise supeb.

Plus : Very good location and quality of beds.
Breakfast room is beautiful and very well furnished.
Minus : But Value for money is very low.
Big problem with the WC in the bedroom. Smell of smoke everywhere, Vey small bathroom done for one guest not 2.
Check in process was very long and we had to fulfill many documents, furnish passports and credit card as a guarantee. No explanation had been furnished about breakfast opening hours or restaurants inside the hotel or nearby, no maps furnished. A machine would have been better than these women at the reception.

Just returned from a weekend away at this lovely Hotel. Ideally situated for a lot of attractions. Hotel was very clean. I cannot praise the reception staff enough, the where so helpful and friendly, especially Sam who checked us in, and then also dealt with our request to change rooms as I wanted a bath not shower, this was all done with great ease and humour. Also housekeeping we rang reception to request more coffee and water and within a minute the products where brought to our room, and 5 minutes later we had a knock to check that everything was ok. I would highly recommend this Hotel. Keep up the good work, it made our break more pleasurable.
