Great value for money! Excellent service and friendly and patient staff. Good location of the hotel regarding transport connections- the nearest subway station is only about 3-4 minutes walk. Nice and tasty breakfast.

Good price, good location, comfortable bed, really friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast. It was just an overnight stop for us on the way to the airport, but the staff made it a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Spent 2 nights while on a business trip. About 20 mns from the airport. Central location in Brussels and short walk to main shopping streets and eating places. Near subway and public transport. Hotel sits at corner of small side streets. Overall facility is good. Rooms are small but adequate with expected amenities. Breakfast buffet is good and offers a variety of options. Staff and reception check in and out were good. Overall recommended

I spent one night at NH Stephanie in Brussels. Hotel is close to metro and tram station, so easily reached. Everything worth visiting for business or tourist purposes is easily reachable (including Porte de Namur eating and entertainment area), yet the microlocation is quiet. The hotel is located in a very good (clothes and other goods) shopping area, with numerous little restaurants around. My room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, bed comfortable. Toiletries were of highest quality (and very nicely perfumed, as always with NH!) The whole hotel is a bit on an old side, especially the heating system, but overall well kept. The breakfast was rich and tasty, all personnel very efficient, multilingual and courteous. Lobby bar, with nice armchairs, fresh international newspapers, and soup of the day on offer, is so good after a long working day. Most importantly: soundproofing is very good, so one sleeps well.
Petit bemols (negatives, as Belgians say): I couldn't get the radiator in the bathroom to work - referred it to the receptionist at check-out, probably fixed already. Second, the bio barley bread I picked for breakfast seemed a bit stale.
