This is my 7th or 8th NH hotel in different cities. Top class hotel. Quick check in, great shower, good and decent size room, comfortable beds and probably one the best breakfasts in town. Fresh eggs cooked to order is an excellent idea. Wi fit works well. Definitely a good job by the management

Personel verry polite, nice view from the upper floors and good place (near center). Free and good WIFI.
Wide, nice stairs - i like it. Bad it's no access to the parking by stairs(only elevator) !
Noise - the railway about 200m from the hotel but even i had windos closed i hear the trains.
Room was clear. I had non smoking room but at the begining my room smelled of cigarettes. Few days after it was good until some new neighbor started smoke. I had smell of cigarettes in my room again - probably problem with ventilation. TV was really "slow" - must wait few seconds to change the chanell (maybe it's advantage - I did not turn on the TV because I was nervous about the slow operation of the remote control).
No swimingpool, fitnessroom etc. only dining room and rooms :(
Here you can clean your shoes with small peace of materiel - no cleaning machines nor any peace with shoe polish.
You can eat from 7:00am so if you need be presence at 8:00 in some place in city it's not possible becaue of traffic. Breakfast was not bad, but sometime i saw some not good things (for example dirty cups and glasses or old lemons peaces with white/green coating).
The parking is verry small and it's difficult put the car, if thre are more than 5 cars inside. Access to the parking only by elevator (there are 2 elevators but only one goes to -1 (parking). At the morning you can spend 10min to the acces to parking from the 0 level ! in my opinion the price for car/1day is 16Euro - it's not ok with this conditions.
Loyalty program - i spent 4 weeks and they proposed me 15points :) I don't know why they have it - maybe it's obligatory for 4 stars - hehehe

Anyone who thinks General Franco died on November 20, 1975 from heart failure, at the age of 82 is sadly mistaken. He currently runs the breakfast restaurant at NH Canciller Ayala Vitoria in Bilbao in the Basque Country. After being sent back to my room twice to get dressed properly I was finally allowed close enough to the breakfast buffet to load my plate with delicious goodies. After being told not once but twice, upon checking in, and entering the restaurant, that breakfast was included. I was presented with a bill as I sat down. After storming out and returning to my room for the third time I was called upon and apologised to by reception and asked to return to the dining room for my included breakfast. Quickly collecting my toys and returning them to the pram I then returned to the breakfast room which was now closed. Vive Le Revolution!!!!

We needed a hotel to just rest a bit for the night en route to Madrid, but what we found was a fabulous and modern hotel in the middle of Vitoria-Gasteiz, facing a lovely park. The room was large, and the bathroom huge. We were greeted by the staff with a smile, and useful information about check-out, breakfast, etc. Overall our experience was lovely. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area, and I would definitely come back at a future date.
PS: As we arrived late at night, we didn't really look outside our hotel room's window. It was a lovely surprise, in the morning, to see a fog-drenched view of a local mansion, and park. It was almost like a storybook setting.

This 4* hotel is very well situated in the centre of town and seems a favourite for travellers on business, as can be seen by the number of suits at breakfast. It has ample common spaces on the ground floor suitable for working or informal meetings. My room was stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The wifi worked well and there was a safety box and mini bar. The breakfast buffet was delicious with options catering to all tastes and plenty of room in the hotel restaurant. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
