Spent a week at this hotel for a meeting that was hosted there as well. Only good things to say about this facility and its staff. The hotel's location is great, close to most attractions and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and all the amenities are great. The staff is very friendly. I should also add that they handled the meeting to perfection.

The hotel is very well located, specially for business travellers and for visiting the government offices. The beds are very good. The price is really good value.
However. Service at the front desk was a shamble. Needless chaos. Both on check-in and check out, it appeared that the details provided while booking had been ignored. I was asked for private details, irrelevant to check-in.
On check out billing address, identity of traveller, VAT number, all dutifully supplied when booking where wrong on the invoice. Staff was unable to print a correct invoice and made it sound like this was my shortcoming.
My main complaint is the breakfast room: noise, noise and noise, plus very poor quality bread and coffee from an industrial dispenser.

The hotel is in great location and good value for money but can do with a facelift, especially in comparison to other NH properties. I was quite shocked to discover mouldy patches in the shower (not acceptable for a hotel of this level), the mirror in the hallway was dirty and found dust and hairs in the room. Thankfully we were only staying for one night

For starters the airport bus stops almost in front of the hotel, super because it's a very cheap way to get in town. Bilbao is not that big so you can do everything on foot from the hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. They are clean and modern. The beds were a bit to hard for us. They gave us an upgrade, that was very nice. Breakfast is buffet style and is very good. Because the temperatures outside were high for winter the hotel was a bit to hot in side. The staff is very friendly. A good choice to have a nice stay in Bilbao.

Ideally located right in the city center just a few minutes away from tourist landmarks like the Guggenheim Museum the hotel has an early 2000s feeling in the lobby but the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Average amenities. The breakfast is very vanilla for the price (16⬠pre booked and 18⬠on site). A good choice for exploring the city by foot.
