The hotel is situated in a area with many shops, a huge carrefour and a big Cinema complex. It is also close to the trainstation, where you can take the train to downtown Madrid. Even as it is situated close to a highway, it is well isolated and no noise was noted from the roads.
It offers free parking and has a very good breakfast. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. It is about half an hour drive from the Airport if you arrive by car from that direction. If having dinner in the area I can highly recommend the the US Style Rhibs restaurant 5 minutes walking from the hotel

I have been using this hotel weekly for the past 7 years.
The staff are very helpful and friendly
The hotel is almost a home from home.
The rooms are clean and well presented.
The breakfast buffet has a great choice of healthy annd traditional breakfast

Just like many of the other reviews I have had the same experiences. No power sockets near the bed, only one near the desk which is used by the fridge and a Spartan bedroom. Ever since laptops were available business Travellers have needed power sockets by the desk but only having one socket is just a mystery.
Not like NH hotels I've visited in UK which were always smart and modern.
Wi-Fi is very low bandwidth so no good for Skype calls and certainly no good for streaming. There is no option to upgrade for a faster service.
The reception area is clean but a little Spartan and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine a good assortment of breads, cheeses Meats and cereals.
The corridors are very dated my colleague thought they looked like they were from the 1960s with all the wood. Like other visitors the air conditioning in my room doesn't seem to cool. Even though it's November my room is very warm and made it difficult to sleep properly last night. I have been able to open the window and let some cool air in.
I tried to have a shower this morning (room 312) and left it running for 5 minutes but there was no hot water. That was hot water in the Basin so I have no idea why it's not working in the shower.
We chose this hotel because of its location to a conference that we are attending. I don't mind putting up with shortcomings when on my own but I wouldn't come here with my wife or family.

I travel a lot, 4 days, 4 different cities. With that, you get used to manage low expectations and complications on hotels. You are very pragmatic. Has to come to this hotel forced, as overbooked on my normal one.
This hotel is raw, undressed, almost built with IKEA furniture and no care on light environment at the reception hall, breakfast is medium, but acceptable. It's the type of place, where a small tv is on with football, with sound...
The rooms very spartan and poor. Small LCD had no remote...great to have Netflix and a book. WC small and shower in a box. Until now bearable, I sleep and work only,
Woke up ready for another busy day...cold water...no hot water whatsoever...had to take a shower freezing...builds character is what I say to my kids when facing adversity ;)
Well this made the experience awful and the rest of details exacerbated, to never come back.
Had to do an early skype call - bad wifi, robot lagging voices...not productive
The reception person was nice.
Won't come back - had your chance

Great hotel near to cinema, supermarket, McDonalds and Burger King. Also within a few minute walk of the tram stop, which connects to the main railway network. About 20 mins from the city centre - covered by Uber and PideTaxi.
