Stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was difficult to reach as its not easy to locate without Google Maps. If not for the hiccups that i had faced with bathroom the stay would have been really really good. Its located closer to Anjuna.
But have to say if you are in Goa gotto go out and enjoy, no point in sitting in a property! what else to say, rent a bike and enjoy the adventurous roads of goa.

Nirvana hermitage is nestled away from the bustling crowds. Its a place for solitude seekers who want break away from mainstream.
Its set atop a hill at dead end of a slip road near German bakery with massive property full of coconut trees and greenery.
Staff is freindly and courteous, ready to help you whenever u need them.
Tina at reception is very charming who manages the property quite elegantly. You can reach out round the clock to reception.
They have a nice spacious restaurant with sprawling balcony for a nice breakfast with nature.
You can sit in evenings with some light music by the cosy wooden bar near well lit banyan tree one side and poolside on the other.
Rooms are pretty decent, we took the deluxe cottage, with ample wooden furniture and massive space. Rooms have heating and tv. The usp is the sprawling balcony where u can have tea or beer party in afternoons.
People who can be content to be immersed in natural spaces, greenery, wooden furniture, cottage feel and away from madding crowd Niravana Hermitage is a recommended destination.
As its a bit in interior u need to rely on hotel reception for booking/renting cab/scooters. If u need to go to beach need to arrange transport.

Hotel is not well kept. Rooms were not very clean. The staff there is pretty accomodative. They understand and provide for well. Fares were competitive too. Since it was my second stay there I was a little dissapointed.

My First solo visit to Goa and specific North Goa which I heard is the most happening and high active location. Away from the buzzing area yet close to almost all the other beaches. Must stay and visit place for a peaceful and calm stay after a beautiful nightout

After our stay at resort beside ashvem beach, this is perfect place for relaxation. Amidst nature away from crowd, place to enjoy amongst yourselves. The swimming pool and the bar beside is what you want in a hot afternoon. Near to flee market if you love shopping. The food is okay in the hotel but lots of nice eating places nearby.
Rooms are nice and clean with good nature view.
