Another great stay!

First the good. It's in the center of Fukuoka and therefore it's dead center of the shopping area. Travelling? It's also right next door to the bus station and a 2 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast is included in the room rate, roughly $100, which makes it a pretty good deal! The room is small but well laid out with a queen size bed and firm and soft pillows. A small refrigerator is also in the room as well as an iPad to help you navigate around the area. You will get 2 bottles of water free per day. An nice onsen exists on the first floor which is in great shape and worth the visit. Now the down side ... and it's petty on my part. The breakfast has nothing for westerners. Don't expect pastries, cereals, etc. This place is a very good place to stay and we will return.
Good Location, New and comfortable

I stayed in this hotel in August 2017. It's close to Hakata station (about 5 mins walk). The hotel is modern and comfortable. There is a convenience store right on the G/F of the hotel. There is also a big public onsen bath. The room is quite small though.
One thing I really appreciate is that we accidentally left a newly bought bag in the lobby area of the hotel on the night we checked in. We did not realize we had left it there until we were already on the airplane heading home. We didn't have high hope of getting back the bag. But we gave it a try and wrote to the hotel by e-mail. The hotel followed up for us promptly and found the bag we lost. They immediately arranged for it to be couriered to our home address. What great and prompt service!

This hotel is just next to the Hakata Terminus. It is not super big but has very comfortable rooms and two restaurants. It has its own Onsen at no extra costs. WiFi is free. The staff is efficient and friendly. It is worthy of recommendation.

1. It is Morden, clean and maintained very well.
2. Great location, easy to travel around both by train and bus.
3. Convenient store connected, easy to buy daily goods.
4. Very polite staff and helpful.
5. Massage chair in the room!
Only the room is too small. Canât complain much about this, as it is common in japan. And Japanese style breakfast too simple. Overall very satisfied stay. 8 out of 10
Comfortable Beds, Good Service, Fantastic Onsen

Nishitetsu Hotel CROOM is a good choice for business travellers and families going to Fukuoka - especially if you enjoy hot baths.
Location: The location is very convenient about 5 minutes walk away from Hakata station. It is a 15 minute walk from Nakasu's pubs and restaurants and 10 minute walk to Canal City. There is also a Lawson convenience store attached to the hotel.
Service: some of the front desk staff speak English and all the staff are well trained and polite. One particular staff took a while with us to book a salon appointment for my siblings. I felt a bit guilty for taking up her time but none of the staff rushed us or gave us disapproving looks. Fantastic service.
Facilities and Room: the hotel rooms are tiny by global standards but well equipped. Beds and bathroom are comfortable.
The maim draw here is the hot baths in the basement. Soaking every night was a godsend after walking around Fukuoka.
Recommendation: Yes. The room price is reasonable and most aspects of the hotel are great. I would stay again.
