Rooms are good nice response from Reception while check in 2 Nice bars one with a snooker table good food @ rooms service only problem faced was breakfast was delayed and over all good service cheerss

Property- situated at a calm and quiet location away from noise - you can relax at your convenience.
Rooms- centrally ac, well maintained posh rooms
Staff - Decent, well groomed, professional and caring staff
Food - little overpriced, you have options outside.
Restaurant has a great sitting area, so is the lobby.
Not a big hotel but a perfect place for a family stay.

This is my second visit this year and have been staying this hotel for the past 3 years ,
The food and beverage price is reasonable and also the rooms , Breakfast for locals are okay good but need to cater for Malaysian like us ,
Anyway is good especially the front office staff Nimisha S
Keep up the good service and the hotel will succeed in influencing more customer from Malaysia , will definitely recommend to my friend and relative,

I love visiting this place every time I am here. This time it's different! It's post the ban and very importantly at the roof top of NM. In Kerala it's difficult to find a place to go out with your family and still have drinks. Well you can do that on 5 stars and of course our very own fort Kochi but not in Tripunithura. No worries NM Roof top you can do just that. It's ain't dark and stingy and they have a very unique complimentary snack too. Topiaco and peanuts bambiya style. Nice

We booked this after reading the the reviews and the information on this hotel.
I contacted them regarding a food allergy that I have and was told they could cope with my needs. Bottom line was they couldn't being Gluten intolerant its quite difficult at time to plan a holiday and when you think you've found a place that can help its a bonus. In short they didn't have a clue, to them Gluten free means a free breakfast. The manager was less than helpful and only when the owners son became involved were we offered a full refund.
