This is not a bad Hotel, and I would have to stay here again because my company has a contract with them. So itâs really not that bad. But it is a three star hotel. It looks like a four-star hotel, but it lacks some of the refinement a four-star hotel would reflect. The rooms are nice the rooms are clean and it has nice amenities. But the rooms are also worn the decor is outdated, and it can be dangerous at times. What I mean by dangerous is while I was there a plate glass separator fell into the lobby right after I had walked through. But it is that type of event making this a three-star instead of four star. The linoleum in the bathroom was peeling, the bathroom was dated, and the shower was difficult to work. On the good side the restaurant is itâs pretty good. It had many different choices that were always available and because of work I ate their breakfast lunch and dinner for two days and had plenty of variety and everything was very tasty and will cooked. So good restaurant, OK rooms, a little dated, lacks sophistication, and thatâs what makes it a three star not a four star.

Amazing Saudi staff, with high quality service and great location. As soon as we entered we were welcomed with a complimentary drink and a smile. The lobby was perfectly designed for waiting and having a coffee. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was walking distance from a cafe and close to great malls and restaurants. Park isnt a problem as the valet will take great care of your car. I would definitely come back

One of the worst and dirtiest hotels ive been to , and their staff is unprofessional as well , the bathroom is filthy and the smell is awful, when I checked in at 2 am and saw how dirty the bathroom And room are i called them to change the room and they offered me A brilliant solution and that is to clean the bathroom and room while im in it.
Never ever think of staying in this Hotel

Very well run and clean hotel in the heart of Riyadh. I was working with the King Saud University and it was only minutes away. Excellent restaurant and facilities. I was able to walk next door to the bank as needed.

Five star hotel..very very clean..staff are amazing..near the new down town and Almmlakah tower. suitable for business trip.i did not try food so i can't tell about it. staff in business center are very help full. it has 7 venue for business and one more that can more than 200 person for wedding and other occasions.
