This hotel is something of a mystery to me, as I cannot quite put my finger on who it is meant to serve - it lies about 10mins out of town in an industrial district, close to the ports (great for me) but far from the delights of the city of Antwerp. Yet, that said, it has a delightfully welcoming feel, friendly staff with a pool in the grounds that would suggest a family could come and while away several days here in this industrial oasis.
I have stayed here several times now and the highlights are a wonderful breakfast, staffed almost exclusively by a wonderfully professional guy who greets with a cheery good morning and keeps things running like clockwork.
The rooms are a little tired but the public areas are spotless and well presented.
There is a restaurant on site, but choices are limited so it would be worth factoring this if staying more than a few days as you will likely want to venture into town which is not far but not entirely practical.
Recommended if you need to be in this location or are realistic about its proximity to the main local attractions
PLUS - there are about a dozen TESLA superchargers on site for the modern driver

The hotel is situated far from the city center and close to the port thus not necessarily the first optin for tourists. But on the contrary it is a good choice for business travellers - it's close to the motorway ring and has free parking options. It offers the known Novotel standard and personnel is very friendly.

My company booked me in this Hotel for a short business trip.
The room was nice and clean, the short distance to the ports was perfect, but for a private city trip I think it is a bit far away from the city center.
Breakfast was good but with 20⬠to expensive.

Everything was perfect and the price was very good, but unfortunately, public transports were pretty much unavailable. We had to walk for like 40 minutes before catching a tram. Not an option without car or taxi!

In the middle of the week we went to Antwerp. This hotel offers good quality for a very nice price. Clean rooms, beds, bathroom. We liked the fairtrade shampoo and soap! Decent breakfast: buffet with even a waffle maker.
