I returned to the Novatel on January 19 and stayed for 10 days. Once again, just loved the experience with my husband. The staff make the hotel...they are so friendly and helpful. You can have the hustle of the main drag outside the hotel or just relax within the hotel. The Spa staff are amazing as are the staff on the beach bar. I really love this hotel and can't recommend it highly enough if you really want to feel authentic Bali. Thanks to all the lovely people who work there.

First time stayed at this hotel normally stay at Novotel Nusa Dua. The hotel and staff service was great, location a bit too far but has a beach and you can watch watersports. Had a family room and that suited our needs just perfect. The breakfast was plentiful but not as much variety as Novotel Nusa Dua. Had dinner and drinks at hotel and both were plentiful. Staff reslly go out of their way to please you. Did order early breakfast with reception on day of checkout but when we got to the restaurant at 5:30am nothing there waiting for us, very very disappointed that a 5 star hotel can't get their act together. If I knew this was going to happen would have ordered breakfast boxes. I wouldn't stay here again just too far to travel everywhere.

This is an excellent resort hotel in which to stay. The staff here are excellent and made our stay here very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great with extensive selection of foods for all nationalities. Plenty of fresh fruits and the homemade yoghurts were terrific. Rooms were spacious and clean The grounds well maintained but need some renovation work done to bring it up to scratch. My main concern which is no reflection on the hotel was the lack of cleanliness in the streets outside the resorts and the terrible food in the cafes. If this area wants to attract tourists to the area they need to seriously look at at improving their services. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Bali Collection shopping precinct where there are good places to eat and interesting shops. For most part my stay here was enjoyable.

We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. We just love relaxing by the beach. There are three swimming pools if you prefer that rather than the beach. The staff at this hotel are all friendly & welcoming they are the reason we keep returning. The hotel it's self needs refurbishing, as we have been coming to this hotel for about 6 years now & the rooms are the same. We always enjoy being pampered by the wonderful staff at Balance Spa. A Big Thank You to Mrs Rame, Weri & Mudi you are all fantastic! We always come out of your Spa feeling relaxed, you do a fabulous job. Thank you also to Aria, Komplir at the Coco Beach Bar, we really enjoyed having a chat to you both. You both did a wonderful job serving us very cold drinks the way we like it! The breakfast is really good, it's improving every time we return. The one person who always welcomes everyone is Wayan (Omelette Lady) She always has a smile on her face & cooks the best omelettes!
There is a good money exchange next door to the hotel, with good restaurants in walking distance from the hotel.

We stayed hear with three generations of our family coming from UK, Australia and USA .Stayed beach side worthy of the extra cost ! My husband and I stayed at two other hotels before we meet our family hear one was well-- not good so we moved on to a very nice hotel but was a little corporate ! This hotel makes you feel you are truly on holiday in Bali, staff were fantastic,Amenities were great , There we a lot of thoughtful extras that made our holiday beautiful .
