This hotel is very well located, right in the city center, near the main attraction points, subway transportation, restaurants, etc. It is very comfortable and silent, good for sleeping after a working and/or sightseeing day. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were here only one night. The staff was nice, the breakfast was also good and the room was huge, and clean! Loved it very much.
It is in the center, so if you come with car, it is hard to get a parking lot, but if you have a roon in the center, you should think for it.

Stayed in Novotel Brussels City Centre from December 23 to December 27 to celebrate Christmas in Brussels.
Check-in was quick and easy. We got settled into our room in no time!
Clean hotel overall - from lobby to the hallways to our room. The best part was the convenience/ location of the hotel. Right behind the hotel were stalls that were part of the Christmas Market, yet it wasn't noisy at all! Close to a couple of grocery stores/ convenience stores and about a 7-minute walk to the Grand Place! Very walkable from Brussels Central station to the hotel.
I'd definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Brussels again in the future!

This hotel is in a good location and all the sights are literally on your doorstep. However when we checked in the staff were rude, unfriendly and not very helpful at all.
The rooms are ok! The toilet was not working properly. The pillows are really large and very uncomfortable.
There is a gym with a small pool and this was a nice escape from the city.
There is no parking on sight.

Very good hotel close to 5 stars with big spacious rooms and a numbet of facilities. Near metro between two stations Daint Cathrine and De Bruckere. Super breakfast with many many extras and excellent restaurant.
