A totally amazing time and looking forward to staying again. Issues from the previous stay are totally resolved. This shows me the making of a hotel, things go wrong of course but how the management dealt with it was fantastic.

I don't believe you can find a much better location than this in Brussels.
I had the quite big room just above the main entrance. From my room you could clearly hear every time the sliding doors of the main entrance opened. That kept me awake several times and was really annoying. On the plus side I had windows both towards the very nice square in front of the hotel and around the corner.
I stayed here during the weekend, and you could clearly hear people out partying on Friday and Saturday. One night there was also some cars honking their horn for a few minutes. That's to be expected when you live in the middle of a city.
My room had the toilet and sink/bad in separate rooms, which in my view is not very hygienic as you have to open two doors after having been to the toilet in order to wash your hands.
I didn't try the breakfast. It wasn't included in my stay and I found it to be too expensive for my taste as I'm usually not very hungry in the morning.
5 out of 5 for location, 3 out of 5 for the actual room.

This is our favourite Hotel in Brussels. A stoneâs throw from the magnificent Grand Place, very courteous and attentive staff together with all the little luxuries we have come to expect from the Novotel brand âa very pleasant stay, indeed, every time.

The hotel was in the center of the old city area, which as a tourist is exactly where we wanted to be. The room was very big and accommodated the four of us comfortably. A very modern hotel with a good restaurant and you can walk to 50 other restaurants in less than five minutes. No need for a taxi, my wife and I have some trouble walking and we walked to all the old town sights with little trouble. A fabulous hotel in a great city. Highly recommend it.

Located in the heart of Grand Place in Brussels, and conveniently located near the train station for to and fro from airport, this hotel was a great find. If you arrive earlier than the Noon check in, for 35 Euros more, they will allow you to check into your room early. The room was clean, with a great view to the outside courtyard for people watching. The room cleanliness could have been better, two of our five night stay we felt that the cleaning had been done in a rush. We made it a point to request the front desk to have our room cleaned when we left for the day. Our reservation did not include breakfast which was not a problem since there are so many great restaurants nearby to dine for any meal during the day. We visited during the Christmas Market season with the main market within walking distance. Also nearby are many wonderful family owned chocolate shops. Also nearby are many bus stops to visit many of the local museums and various other tourist sites. Many were within walking distance. A good hotel but busy so book early if you are planning a visit to this lovely city.
