All great, large room, superb breakfast with a large choice- salty and sweets , cold and warm, , very close to the old town and surrounded by 19th century architecture, perfect for both :business travel and private trip

Im here a lot, get upgraded and nice little trinkets for staying like bottled water and cookies or fruit plates. That said, they suck so bad! ð upgraded to executive lounge, but food is horrible finger food and its not in accordance with scheduled time; amateur. Drinks, while free, are not top shelf. Leaky showers coupled with improvements to the breakfast. Two steps forward and one step back! ð all that said, i have to come back because its the best place around...ð

I've been many times at Novotel Bucharest City Center.
My experiences there were always more than wonderful: incredible breakfast, spacius clean and brigth rooms.
The staff is very friendly and useful.
I'm recommanding this hotel at all.

We stayed at Novotel 5 nights from January 29 till February 3 2018.
We arrived quite early in the morning and at the reception immediately they offered the room with a big smile and very friendly.
The room is big with a toilet separated from the bathroom.
In the room there is a safe box, minibar and a small kettle for tea and coffee.
The room was very clean and every day was cleaned.
The breakfast was very good and the staff is very polite and friendly.
The receptionists were very helpful with a lot of good tips that helped us a lot.
The SPA is not very big- it has a wet sauna and a warm pool.
The hotel is situated few minutes from the old city on the main road.
Very easy to get anywhere with a taxi you can call from a computer placed at the entrance.
We highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Bucharest

I stayed in this hotel in Bucharest for the first time and I was positively surprised.
Very pleasant hotel, modern decoration, nice big rooms with all equipment required and comfortable beds. Brakfast in line with the hotel level.The restaurant/bar in the lobby is very welcoming, it's dificult to go your room without having at least a last drink. I would have liked to have more choice of beers and Gin. The only negative point was a waiter at the bar who asked me to sign 3 copies of the same bar bill. I mentioned this was new to me as it was not asked the previous time but he claimed it was the normal procedure.
