Very good and clean hotel, Room is very good and comfortable, Good location near China Town.Very excellent service at the first floor Lebar. Ms Wirda suggest the Indonesia food of Soto Ayam and Sop Buntut it is very tasty. and prompt delivery. Me and my friend very happy and will come back again. satisfactory.

I just had 10 days stay in Novotel . It was fantastic. The breakfast over is very good for non-vegetarians lot of options for them and it was good for vegetarians also... The hospitality of the staff is quite good. It was very good time in Novotel...

Good location, near the historical building in Kota area.the room is quite large compared to other hotel in Jakarta. but there are too many smoking floor so non smokers must insist to get non smoking floor..

I was walking back from Old Town to Manos and popped in to ask where was the 'scene' in Jakarta for a fancy drink and a bit of clubbing. Despite not being a guest, the concierge treated me like a long lost relative, gave me brilliant advice and summoned a taxi which took me to a great spot.
