great location. Not far from the Cavern club where the beatles played. Fantastic restaurants just over the road. Not far from the town. "Q-parks" very close so not too far to walk from your car. Docks not far away either.

Really enjoyed stayed in this city centre hotel close to John Lewis, retail stores and easy walking distance to the Docks, Chinatown basically easy to get to anywhere in the town centre. The hotel breakfast provided a good choice of hot and cold breakfasts and the restaurant area was very modern. The pool was fantastic good clean facilities. Bedrooms are clean and modern, would prefer a bath otherwise shower was good.

Stayed Friday & Saturday nights in this very pleasant, modern hotel with good facilities. Staff were welcoming, engaging & efficient. We tried to book a twin which was not available so had to have a double. On arriving we asked if we could have an extra duvet (as we couldn't have a twin room). The duvet was delivered to our room promptly. We used the pool twice which was clean, well appointed with plenty of towels. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of hot & cold choices. We will definitely return.

We travelled from london to Liverpool to watch the football lady Saturday. The prices had tribled, one night cost £170.
But my main concern was the toilet. The toilet room had NO hand sink to wash.
The sink was in the shower room. This meant you had to touch both door handles travelling across the room "without washing your hands". Where is the hygiene here?
The show also had moulding.
The location was great, and breakfast was nice.

Great location great staff and good atmosphere in the bar. We enjoyed a 2 night break at the Novatel in Liverpool visiting the sales at liverpool one ( 5 mins walk away. We went on a river mersey cruise very good fun! The hotel room was not as clean as it should have been lots of stains on the carpet and unironed bedding. We had stayed at the Novotel a couple of years ago and then we received bathrobes but not now unless you book executive rooms. The toothbrush mugs are now plastic drinking cups - its all gone a little cheapskate and feels grubby. Sorry!
