Lovely stay very clean and welcoming, had Bluetooth speakers in the room ready when we got there which was nice. Breakfast available. We had a room for 3 which was more than enough space. Location great , short walk to London eye & tube stations , very central.

Novotel London is based at a central location in Lambeth road which is a 2 min walk to the bank of River Thames. London's key attraction like Westminister Palace, London Eye, Big Ben are mearly 10 mins walking distance. It is 10 mins walk from the nearest Tube station, Lambeth North. The rooms are spacious and the base category has a couch. You get a iron, coffee, tea, electric kettle in the room. In terms of services, i must say they really need to improve. My checkin was not very smooth since front office couldn't find my booking. When I entered my room, i couldn't find any dental kit and the inconsistency in the basic amenities like dental kit, shower cap, water, mini bar refill continued until i called the front desk and after that it took them like 1.5 hours to get me some water bottles. There is no concierge facility but you can keep your luggage with front desk if you need to.The breakfast option are only english. You can also order your breakfast in your room. I was on the first floor so i didn't really get any view. You can rent bicycles from the bicycle stand outside the hotel and bus stop is 100m from the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights and couldnât fault our room, restaurant and bar or service. Was great price for hotel in London and breakfast options were plentiful and varied. Showers in room were powerful and constant hot water and beds extremely comfy and rooms quiet. The location itself is central enough if you are happy to walk or use public transport but not much in way of choice of restaurants or bars in immediate vicinity. That said we found the hotel restaurant and bar areas adequate and reasonably priced in London for us at end of long day and there is a great bus service right outside direct to Westminster and Trafalgar Sq areas. All staff were very friendly and efficient.

I booked the hotel for my birthday and the whole stay was perfect. The front office team was warm and helpful. Our room was clean and the cleaning staff didn't knock at the door loudly at 8.oo am as it happens often in hotels. They have been discrete and professional. In one word, I would go back without a doubt!

This was a great spot to stay while visiting London - just a short walk to the Bakerloo line of the Underground. Clean comfortable quiet rooms and friendly helpful staff. Very close to neighborhood cafe, pubs and St. George Cathedral.
