The way this hotel and the staff treated my mother - a customer - is an absolute disgrace. Close this hotel or completely retrain every member of staff. Do not book a room here your money would be better spent anywhere else

This hotel is well located close to hammersmith station. Restaurants pubs and malls are within walking distance. The breakfast in the hotel is decent and the rooms are neat and tidy and each room has asofa bed.Which is great when with kids. Wifi is stable too

This was the latest of many stays at this hotel. Suits us fine for visits to the West End and Albert Hall.
Enjoyable breakfast where we were looked after superbly by Felicia.
I can see that it's a difficult problem, but the car park is a bit a nightmare. The spaces are barely wide enough for the bigger than ever latest cars. The mass of concrete pillars make it even worse. In each group of three spaces the middle one often is empty due to being reduced by the cars each side.

We stayed for 1 night because we were going to a show and I worked out Hammersmith was on the Piccadilly line and straight into Leicester Square - door to door it was half an hour travel which is doable for a northerner like me!
We arrived early and the room wasn't ready (not a problem - we were early) so we tootled off to find food and when we came back we were upgraded to a top floor room with lovely views of the city!
The wifi was good - the room was good - the shower was hot and fast...
We used the facilities at the Virgin Active gym next door - swimming for just £5 when we show our room cards and that was good too.
Sadly the breakfast was a let down - the coffee machine was empty - the food wasn't as fresh as we'd like it to be - there weren't enough labels - it needs better signage generally.
The parking - we knew there was a charge so it wasn't a surprise - but £30+ ouch!!
All in all a good stay. We'd book Novotel Hammersmith again when visiting London.

We went to novotel london west during october 15 2017 to october 2017. It was me with my spouse and 10yr old son. It was our 1st trip to london and the very good one. Hotel is very near to the Hammersmith metro station may be 3-5 minutes walk and bus station is 2-3 minutes walk. Rooms were very good and spread of buffet was good and having few vegetarian delicacy of indian taste as we are pure vegetarian. Lobby of hotel was very huge and stylishly decorated.Location of hotel is almost perfect keeping price in mind. We can recommend it for every stay
