I stayed at the 1 bedroom suite at the novotel, the bedrooms are quit old as shown from the rust all over the room. Pillows are very uncomfortable, feels like sleeping on a sponge combined together. However rooms are quit big size wise good for families travelling with kids. Another bad experience we had was at the square restaurant at the bbq night. We had to go over to the grill to order our food and almost all the orders are not at the exact number we requested. My mom asked for shrimps for the 2nd round and they said its sold out even though we can see it being available on the counter.
Overall, the price of the hotel is fairly cheap for a decent hotel. I will only pick this hotel if you have budget constraint. I picked it simply because im a accor plus member so I wanted to take advantage of the member perks.

this is my 2nd time here but the hotel is renovated well. really well in fact. The room is comfy, the bed's really comfy. the bathroom is the best you can hoped for. even waaaaayyyyyyyyyy much better than the sister hotel in the chain. 2 pools and both are big. selection of breakfast is nice and varied. the staffs are reaaaally friendly. The pause cafe is also really nice. the sandwich is really nice, tasty. i just love it.
the amenities also really nice. hairdryer, iron board etc. the TV is huge, balcony is nice. ah i love staying there and definitely will go back.
the only downside is the area. a bit far to crowded place of Bali like seminyak hehehe. but it's really nice for those who love quiet place.

The hotel is nice, quiet environment especially for honeymoon. But, even they have their own private beach, it is not same area with the hotel, have to take shuttle. If we bring children under 10 years old, they will be easily bored.
But for adults, it is a very good spot for relaxing away from the city crowd

Nusa Dua is still the best place for visitor to Bali that looking for quiet place to stay and enjoy lazy days in nearly beautiful private beach..
Last January I came with my whole family including my 3 months baby grand daughter. Tried this hotel for my first time while looking for villa with 2-3 room. Actually you can many exotic villa in Nusa Dua and Uluwatu, but you canât experience big resort convenience in large area for walking, private beach, kidâs club, good various breakfast, bars, and spa.. This hotel have 2 and 4 villas in affordable price with friendly Balinese culture and high quality accor standard. The room is clean and big, staff services is very good, breakfast is various and good, pool for children and adult are also good. Recommended for family traveling with children and baby.

It is my first time I am writing a review only because I believe there is something wrong with rating system of hotels.
Once I moved in, I realized it wasn't what I wanted as a 5 star hotel, it was old, not very clean, breakfast very average, very old swimming pool and most importantly very shocking bathroom. I hated taking shower there as water wasn't draining properly and my feet were in water and lots of water was accumulated around due to old & bad design. It was nightmare in that hot & humid weather.
To be honest, staff were wonderful and friendly, however, for such problems, they couldn't do anything.
