We had a great stay at the Novotel. Itâs about 45 min away from the airport but itâs so worth it. An Uber from the airport is approximately 70,000 rupiah ($5 USD) + 30,000 rupiah for parking and tolls.
Our room was so super comfortable. There is a very nice breakfast with lots of stations including a make your own noodle soup station. Breakfast was included in the price of the hotel already.
The spa is also really great, especially after 20+ hours flying. A 90 min hot stone massage was 450,000 rupiah (~$30)âvery relaxing.
An added bonus is that the hotel is attached to the Tangerang City Mall, providing convenient access to ATMs and lots of food options.
Definitely recommend.

Ridwan and Maygen were amazing. They were so happy and full of life, they made everyone in the bar smile.
They deserve to be managers because they are very well organised and embassadors for the hotel.
I would only come back to the hotel because of them. They made everyone so very happy. Thank you for being so great x

I arrived on 31 January 2018 @ 6:30pm
The check-in was bad as the front staff was not aware of my Gold member status until I asked about my Welcome Drink.
Upon entering the room, I was shocked that water was leaking from the air-con and causing a pool of water and damaging the carpet.
It is evident that the leaking has been on-going for a long time and nobody checked the room before the Guest arrive.
It's even worst that the room was on Premier Floor.
Fortunately the Front Dest Manager, Mr. Hiru was responsive to the situation and moved me to another room.
However, I had to wait for over 15minutes.
Another poor service area is the Check-out on 01 February 2018
There is only ONE (1) staff at the counter.
Imaging ONE Staff handling check-out for early morning with most people rushing to appointment or airport.
This hotel do not meet any NOVOTEL standard that I have stayed before.
It's sad.

Excellent, good service, friendly staff - especially the bartender, DEDEN - very professional!!! Highly recommendable. Not that far from the airport, reachable within 45 minutes - provided the traffic is not too bad.

Arrived from a long transcontinental flight at 0900. Fully expecting to have to store my bags and wait for normal check but the gracious front desk attendant offered me a room immediately. After a shower I headed to the attached Tang City Mall for a massage and mani=pedi. After a great nights sleep I awoke to a workout in the gym and a well supplied breakfast buffet. My only disappointment was the 6 dollar Coca Cola at the bar. Maybe on my next visit they can provide executive lounge access to make up for it.. Highly recommend...
