Stayed here for 3D2N. Everything was arranged and planned perfectly by Nunia's staff. We stayed in Villa 6 and it was really clean - everything functioned well and we were very pleased with the facilities and breakfast. The location was abit off the main street but wasn't hard navigate, cabs are always readily available as well.
One thing i wish to highlight is Nunia's superb staff and their service. They are ever so polite and responsive to our requests. I wish to specially mention Bagus(manager) who helped me all the way from the time of the initial booking till we left the villa. He was very helpful and was flexible when we made a couple of requests.
This is definitely the best experience i've had staying in an accommodation.
I strongly recommend anyone who is visiting Bali to consider Nunia as the top choice for your stay! (Can't wait to go back again)

The Villa and staff are amazing. My family and I stayed here for 9 nights and didnât want to leave. We had the one bedroom villa which was huge for the 3 of us, the bathroom is also huge with a nice big deep bath which my son loved. The villa was cleaned to a very high standard everyday and the staff always waited till we had gone out before going in to clean. The whole villa can be locked up like a house which means the kitchen is inside and no flying bugs or rats can poop over your toaster! Each day when we went out we left iPads and iPhones laying around the villa and didnât have to worry because the staff are all very trustworthy. The villa is only a short walk to eat street and Seminyak Square where I would highly recommend a restaurant called The Spicery which serves the best food in Bali, if you like a curry or a burger go there! I really canât say enough about Nunia villa and the awesome staff it is the best villa we have ever stayed in while in Bali. Oh and they have an awesome Yamaha surround sound system while watching your DVDâs.

A special thank you thank Andy and Daisy for looking after us and all the staff they are a credit to the place , lovely breakfasts ,great pool very comfortable beds ,great showers clean and tidy , great location walk to eat street shopping ,and the beach.

We were a family of 4 - so 2 in a room. The villa was perfect! It is situated around 10 mins by bike from the main shopping areas and bustling street of Seminyak and Kuta. The villa has all the amenities one would want to get pampered. We took the pool villa and everything was at the same level. We were welcomed with a nice welcome drink and the villa organised bikes for us so we could move around which is a must to have. The staff were very friendly and the food was good too. Breakfast is complimentary and needs to be ordered the day before. The villa is equipped with all the amenities from an Oven, Micro, Fridge, Water Purifier, Lovely dining table, TV, High Speed Wi-Fi, An outdoor dining area. The rooms are also very spacious and have big bathrooms which consist of a bath-tub, outdoor and indoor bathrooms. All i would say is it is a classy accommodation.

Stayed here the last week of October in a 2br Villa. The location is excellent, down a quiet Gang (lane) off Pangkung Sari which runs up behind Ultimo on Eat St and north to Jl Petitenget. The staff were lovely and helpful and the breakfasts were very good.
The villa was quite roomy with a large pool with gazebo at the end. Both bedrooms were identical with King beds and very large bathrooms with both a bath and outdoor and indoor shower. Air con worked very well in the bedrooms. BYO coat hangers as there were none in the wardrobes.Had to request bottled water for bathroom as none were provided which is highly unusual in Bali.
The living area was closed in and a/c, the kitchen was large but very sparse, minimal glassware/cutlery/tea towels/ containers. Kitchen needed updating, very worn and tired
However, for the price we were happy with our stay. The pool was beautiful and temperature just right.
