The hotel was great. Very nice and clean. Plusses: Fitness Center, Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, convenience to the Gangnam area as well as easy access to the Coex mall/conference center, kitchenettes that included one American-style electrical outlet. Minuses: way TOO HOT. I couldn't turn the heat down in my room and it was awful. Luckily I could open the open to cool it off, and eventually learned that I had to turn off the heating system in the room altogether. Very few English stations on the TV, and the bed was somewhat hard.

Perfect location and convenient to the subway station. Rooms are clean and all the appliances are up to date. Front desk are very friendly and spoke English. This was my 5th stay at the Oakwood and I would stay here again.

Loved our stay at this luxury service apartment in Gangnam.. The Concierge and restaurant staff are simply wonderful and very accommodating.
Spacious, well cleaned and maintained! Definitely looks better than the photo.
Ideal for families as it comes with a washing machine and kitchen.
The location is really good, lots of transportation, you can access Coex mall, lotte duty free and Hyundai shopping centre easily.. Again, ideal for families as the Coex aquarium is just upstairs . Best of all is the coex
Airport terminal where you just have to skip hop to check in to your flights.
It is very accessible to all kinds of transport as well.
