First the Cons: Small property and has two/three sets of rooms so while booking choose whether balcony is required and about the view.
Pros: A lot them.
1. Nice, clean,well maintained and modern rooms with all amenities.
2. Pool is nice though a bit small.
3. Recreation area is well maintained. You can spend time playing air hockey, table tennis,carrom,reading books.
4.Breakfast spread is not lavish but tasty and well served though dining space could be bigger.
5.You can get bike for your travel around Goa @Shirodkerâs just in front of the hotel.(A small shop with a nice owner renting bikes). I paid â¹400 per day for a Yamaha fascino 2wheeler (might be little extra as there was a taxi strike for 2 dayâs in Goa which might have driven the prices up)

Good Breakfast, convenient location near the centre, yet far from hustle, bustle as the property is inside a street. It's not a resort in real sense . It is not that big. But it has all the required amenities , pool, spa, gym, TT table, games, musical nights.. It is not crowded. Check in is smooth as well as check out. I would rate it as an excellent choice for people traveling with small kids as all amenities are nearby. Not a romantic destination for a couple or for budget savvy singles. There are so many options for these two categories . Just rent a car in Goa and enjoy your stay. We drove 400 Kms in 6 days and saw all what we wanted as per our pace and convenience.

Situated near the most crowded beach in Goa, the location is convenient. The rooms were spacious and the staffs were friendly. The breakfast buffet spread had decent options, not that great. Overalll, the service and the stay was passable.

Hello all.
Please avoid this hotel as they will charge extra for cleaning bed sheet stains and charge extra if your towels are having even stains of beach sand.
Really disappointed with such charge.
Never seen this anywhere..

We spent two weeks at the hotel, the staff were so friendly, from check in to the people serving breakfast. Everyone was happy and polite. One criticism though would be that there are not always enough pool chairs around the pool and almost have to rush to get one in the day.
