We stayed in room located at third floor from 29th Dec to 1st Jan. We were impressed by the view outside from room. Room was very big and clean. It's bit noisy in the morning but didn't face any such issue in the night. It's located at very good location, you can easily grab a cab for any place from the hotel. Was bit disappointed with breakfast, quantity was good but quality could have been better. Would definitely recommend this place in budget stay..

We stayed at the hotel from Dec 27 to Jan 1st. Great place considering the price and location. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast could have been better. We enjoyed the stay there. Would highly recommend this place.

We got a room close to the reception. Though the room was nice, the noise there was worse than a fish market.
There is a banquet hall where people keep coming up and down, and party sound, noise at the reception and also the traffic sound outside will drive you crazy.
Would not recommend this hotel for a double room costing 4k+ and worse than a fish market

We booked a 2 night stay on booking.com after reading all the positive reviews of this place,Since it is my 2nd visit to Bangalore after 6 years I preferred to be in the city but only to find out that our room was moldy and smelly.We had requested one big bed but they joined two small beds.The bathroom was full of grime it was so black pand thick that no one will consider using the toilet nor taking a bath.The towels that they gave us looked really old and had to be changed.The bedding that was used was stained and looked dirty.The room was big but what's the use of staying in a big room when everything else was untidy/dirty?Parking was difficult to find and no sort of signage was found.We checked in at 9pm and left the next day at 8am,after finding a better cleaner hotel we checked out at 12:30noon.We received a call from the manager after 2days of check out asking us about our stay and when we told him,he was not ready to listen to us but told us to please write a review on TripAdvisor.
We paid for 2 nights but stayed for 1 night,no refund was made nor did he try to resolve the matter.
Are you cheating your guests by falsely telling people to rate you high on TripAdvisor when your hotel is dirty?
If you looking for a clean hotel please avoid booking this place as you will regret it.
We ended up staying at IBIS Hotel for almost the same price paid at Octave and it was one of the best stay we have had in Bangalore.

We had a really big room and it was clean and also the bath is good.
The staff is totally friendly and the room service is perfect.
Unfortunately we had a room facing the main street which was a bit noisy.
