I stayed here for one night in my recent visit to Cochin. The hotel is loacted at Kakkanad which is about 35km from airport and you have to take a detour at Adapally from the highway to move towards Kochi smart city and Infopark. Main city and the beach, fort Kochi, etc. are about 30-35km from Kakkanad and if you are aiming to see the city from this place, please be prepared to spend about 600 + 600 per trip. But if your work is around Infopark and Smartcity, this is one of the best places to stay. The hotel is located on the main road and in front of We Mart (hyper market). However the nearest Metro station is at Kalamaserry which is 10km from the hotel. You can use an auto to go there or hire an Uber. The staff are extremely nice and polite and helpful. The room is very nice and clean. The bathroom is big enough and very well maintained. Staff are very ood including the cleaning staff who were always smiling when talking to you. The restaurant is on 1st floor. The food menu is good and typical Kerala style. However, if you want to have a typical Kerala Thali (veg or non-veg), you will be disappointed. Food is, non the less, good. The restaurant staff (Mr. Dev and others) are very nice and make you feel comfortable. Since I stayed on a weekend, they did not have buffet. The breakfast is elaborate. I may not be able to comment on food quality at breakfast as I just had couple of idlis and cut fruits because of paucity of time. Food served during lunch and dinner (a-la carte) was ok but little sour (imli) in taste. Enjoyed my stay and look forward to visit in near future.

This is one of the hidden gems in Kochi. The rooms are very clean. and the staff is very accommodating and goes out of their to be helpful. The only downside was the wifi would kick you out every 30 min or so. In my 1 week stay, I entered the long personal username and password at least 100 times. The service at their restaurant is much better than the bar. You get the same food and drinks at both places.

The hotel ambience is good. The rooms are neatly maintained and has the basic required amenities. The bathroom is cleanly maintained. Also the room service is excellent. I recommend this hotel for any business stay at kakkanad. The hospitality is appreciated. Only car parking is a big issue here. Hotel needs to keep a good place for valet parking than keeping the cars on side of the road as it is not safe. Food quality is good, with rooms for improvement.

Olive Eva has a perfect location for people working or visiting Infopark in Kochi. Their breakfast is amazingly good and the staff is very polite and professional.
Vigi is the manager who is managing it with a personal touch. Other people at restaurant and front desk are equally good.

The staff were very helpful especially the manager Manu and the team. The hotel is top notch and at a very convenient location. The place is very clean and the ambiance is very good. Loved the place. Would recommend everybody to stay there if visiting the place.
