One of the best property to stay at Chattarpur stretch. Rooms are neat n clean with private eco friendly balcony. Room service is little on higher side. Morning breakfast is good with sufficient amount of varieties to be served. Keep it up good going. Cheers.....ððð

Really nice place, have restraunts included , even if u want to go out a nd eat you have that option too.
Room service is very good , very clean and hygienic , along with pool and longue.
Really good time we spent.

It's a good hotel in Chhatarpur, we (me & my husband) went for dinner, as it's nearby where we stay.
Food was ok, there was veg buffet so we had variety of options but perhaps single order would have been better!
Dish we liked was bhindi and sweet dish malpua.

I attended one of my cousins wedding on November 19th 2017. They had booked the venue almost a year prior to the date. Even after paying some % of advance while booking the venue, the management suddenly on its own without any sort of consulting, a month prior to the wedding, decided to shift the venue and hotel rooms.
They claimed that there was no record of any booking for venue and hotel rooms. Why this was done remains a mystery to me, however my best guess is that a month prior to the date they had a better offer from the other party which they accepted willingly without noticing the repercussions that it could have on our family.
Instead of apologising for the terrible mistake the sales representative Mr. Manish was so rude and badly behaved that they threatened our family saying whats done is done we have conducted your background check on you and you cant do anything to us. The AVP Mr. Praveen made false promises prior to the wedding which were never fulfilled.
The family had to suffer lot of of mental stress and humiliation from the rude management staff until the wedding day.
Anyone booking the venue and hotel rooms at Oodles, I would request you take a written confirmation from the management on a stamp paper because even after a accepting advance and confirming our booking they are ready to book the venue again just for some extra cash and money.

We had booked a wedding function along with rooms with Oodles, Chattarpur in January 2017 for our wedding function in November 2017. We had given advance payments and were relaxed that we have got the main event booked 10 Months before the wedding. But Oodles Hotel and their staff members had spoilt our complete wedding function and didnât provide the rooms at last moment. Called us in the month of October exactly a month before the wedding that your venue and rooms are not booked with us.
The complete management and sales staff people will torture you and harass you like anything. I would never recommend Booking anything with Oodles, Chattarpur or any of their branches as you canât trust them at all. Specially their staff members Manish (sales representative) and Praveen (AVP). If you have already booked anything with them please take clear written communication/ confirmation as they can even harass you asking for more money at the day of your Function.
If not, there are lot of other Good options in Delhi, please donât book with them as I donât want the same torture to happen with anyone else.
