We visited Pushkar as it was said that it's worthwhile but very busy. So we needed a place to relax after our visit.
If you feel the same, don't look further and book this place!
We stayed 2 nights in the tent. Though it's cold at night, we were taken care of by the staff: during dinner (which was very good), the staff turned on the electric blankets so the bed was very nice when we went to bed.
The tent itself is wonderful. Everything you need is in there (comfy bed, comfy chairs, slippers, bathcoat, hairdreyer etc.). You simply can't miss anything.
If you travel without a car or driver, the owner will bring you to the drop-off zone near the temple and pick you up. For free!
It's a 'wow'. Place!

This place is a real oasis: beautiful gardens, 20 peacocks, amazing owner and staff... The tents are beautiful and fun to stay. A real attention to details (electric blankets, torchs,...) that the owner explained to us. A nice stay for our drivers too. Highly recommended!

Pushkar, a wonderful destination for travelers to India, is amazingly represented by this incredible property. Mr Harpal Singh runs a small dessert camp of luxury outfitted tents. Beautiful furniture, well appointed bathrooms, heat and A/C, lovely linens and toasty bathrobes set the table for guests to enjoy the peace, quiet, animals and charm of Indian rural life. The food (veg) is wonderful, and Mr. Singh allows guests to bring their own wine (Pushkar is a dry town). Fun camel rides are available to a gorgeous sunset point - either from town or from the resort. Do not hesitate. This is the best place to stay in Pushkar!!!

During our stay in Pushkar my wife and me stayed over night in a luxary tent village with Beduin tent bungalows, like a suite with air-conditioned sleeping department, living room, fitting room and bathroom with shower and toilet.
Very good vegetarian dinner (less than 10⬠all in per person) and breakfast in a restaurant tent.
Very friendly staff.

Glam camping at the Orchard Hotel was sensational. The tents are huge,you have a dressing room,lounge room,a beautiful bedroom and an ensuite. When arriving back from Dinner, the electric blankets on our bed had been turned on and robes placed out for us. If we wanted anything,all we had to do was stand on the veranda and ring a bell. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking for something just a little different.
