After check-in we got a room already booked.was really uncomertable to ,find someone in the room,the Hotel reminds me of Thailand but really olddddd.the rooms are not that clean and the worst is the service!not kind and dont make you feel welcome

We had a very nice stay @orchidea hotel. Our room
had a great view... housekeeping made a great job.... the breakfast was perfect. But the most positiv thing at this Hotel is the Reception because âMosheâ is working there. We want to thank you for everything and for making our stay so comfortable.

This hotel is lush, luxurious, and filled with floral wonders. Very modern Thai decor. Nice peaceful atmosphere in December. We arrived late and left early so did not get to enjoy everything, but I was impressed by the golf carts taking us up to the bungalow high above the main lobby. Very Disney. And far outside of the main crazy town. Very nice.

The all-you-can eat breakfast included with our room was amazing. The seating area is lovely (both indoor and outdoor) and we spent many leisurely hours there, not eating again until dinner! The whole place is very pretty and beds/rooms were super comfy.
There was tons of staff who mostly stood around chatting with each other. I'm not demanding, but it would be so nice to get a helpful response once in awhile. Also For some reason, the other "orchid hotel" down the road offers free masks and snorkels but ours didn't - told us to buy the overpriced ones in the gift shop- so we had to keep driving down and getting them from the other hotel and hoping they wouldn't notice we weren't staying there. It's good to know in advance that here is actually NO BEACH ACCESS even though the beach is across the street, it's totally fenced off for 1K in both directions. So in a way the (other) Orchid which is right on the beach has a better location. But this hotel is new and fancy and pretty, with the amazing food it was a nice quiet place to stay for a few days, definitely one of the best in crowded, overbuilt Eilat

Spent a wonderful summery weekend in the middle of the winter, with all of my family. 13 people 9-80 years old, where together, and everyone enjoyed so much. A beautiful Thai resort, private, far from the âmessâ of the city, very natural, great food,,amazing design. Special and relaxing.
