Never stayed in worser place than this. Terrible room maintenance. Terrible staff. My wayanad trip turned to a worst one ever. Don't ever think of staying in this place. They just don't care what you feel. Swimming pool is a joke. Don't know why do they even run this place.

Its an amazing family resort , I stayed here over Diwali with family and 5 year old son in a club room.the service was excellent and staff through out hotel was pleasant and helpful. We especially loved food , breakfast,room service and the cool swimming pool. the location is perfect close to the forest and easy accessible from the highway. Hope to visit again very soon.

It was an awesome experience we ever had.. we had been there for our Marriage anniversary.... No doubt its a romantic place.... Rooms are pretty good with an excellent atmosphere ... Food is excellent and would be spicier... Happy and satisfied with the service they rendered. It is in a good location and need not to look for it. Moreover we have ordered for child food in late night which they arranged without any hesitation. It's completely value for the time we spent.
... Hospitality from the crew is just unimaginable. Love to come back for its own identity. Love u all guys....
It will be more good if you add some more activities....

A good resort to stay .We enjoyed a lot .All staffâ was good hey don't say our was from the heart that's a lot.diju help us a lot .Resort was in reasonable prise.good to stay I wish visit again .Thanks daiju

Excellent ambience. Comfortable stay and delicious food. The staff are very friendly. Orchid resort is the perfect place for a family vacation. Since there is no mobile range, u will get good family time
