Never Again

I had a very bad experience during my stay, as I lost my belongings in the hotel room. Although, the hotel management said that they couldn't find anything suspicious, still I have a bad feeling. Also the hotel location is terrible as its far away from the main attractions. You can't move around easily as very difficult to get taxis. To get to the hotel also not easy as taxi drivers not interested in going to this place and sometimes they will charge more than normal.
Neat and clean room.

We stayed 2nights. Room and amenities are excellent. Location calm and quiet. It's locating out side of town. To go to city we have to depend uber taxi which is cheaper than auto. Taxi charge approximately RS. 250+. Restaurant Food is OK but some dishs over priced. For example one potion white rice (just only rice with out any gravy) price is RS. 140+ it's too much. Breakfast fast is good.
Hotel management should appoint a bellboy. I felt absence of bell boy at the time of check in. Overall stay is good.
A charming Indian hotel for families

We stayed at the PJ in jan 2018, with our 9 month old son. From the start of our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were brilliant and did their utmost to make the stay enjoyable.
The restaurant was good, (we went half board) and they provided special options for our son.
Vypeen island is a little out of the way (itâs a tuk tuk & ferry ride to fort Cochin) but it provides an oasis of calm from which to do sightseeing. We very much enjoyed the pool!
I would highly recommend to all travellers
Good Resort but way out

New property with good facade meets expectations to a large extent . How ever , it is well out side Kochi & if the idea is to see Kochi , there are better options. There are no eating places or shops nearby . So beware !
Be that as it may , the Hotel is professionally managed with pleasant staff at the reception. Our checking in & out was smooth.
Room is well-appointed with all needs well met , like AC, TV, fridge , safe , coffee/tea, decent bathhroom with required toiletteries. Slight minus was , Zaccuzi being too high to get into. Our bed was a bit creaky but it was attended to pretty fast.
Breakfast was average . Only two types of fruits & papaya was not upto the mark. Eggs to order( thankfully ) , juice ( only one type ) , no cheese , ham , bacon. Puri , sabzi , vada , uttapama with sambhar , rozi . Croissants were rather dry . Coffee pre-mixed but nice.
The restaurant is ok but their Ceasers salad , fish & chips were below standard.
The resort boasts of a small swimming pool, a small lake with pedal - boat, basket ball court, rose garden with hardly any roses. No alcohol is served in the property . I wonder how one can enjoy a resort & not have a chilled beer!!
Over all , nice , comfortable rooms , but catering could be better.
Great service! Nice and quiet
