Came here yesterday for a 2 night stay . The hotel DOES NOT qualify for a 4 stars by any criteria ..
Positive : Staff is super nice
Negative : Expensive , but does not keep up with the expectations ..Room is ok . Unfortunately my bathroom is a mess . No side panel for shower so every time you take a shower water is flooded on the floor . We have to use two bath towers to clean this . The handle shower does not work and the control is broken . I guess one of the previous customer was upset and broke it !. Bathtub is old , with cracks in the bottom . There is a fairly large crack on the side wall of the bathtub as well .
There is no tea nor coffee in the room .
Parking is 15 minutes from the hotel , public pay parking , don't know if it is safe !! Will find out tomorrow when we pick up our car .
Breakfast is not included in the room rate : a whopper ⬠43 per person if you want it !! that's ridiculous !!
In all ., I really think this hotel merit a 3 stars rating at best ..
Good location , but old , not well maintained , poor infrastructure facility ..

While the staff a very kind and the location is decent, this hotel is not up to the quality anticipated for the price. We were checked into a room without a shower closure and when we complained the apparent manager was less than apologetic. We were eventually shown and given another room. Another minus, we had been confirmed that parking was available at the time of booking. The day before we we were due to arrive we received word parking would cost an additional 25 Euro. Poor form.
Overall a disappointment.

We arrived at the hotel by car. And had an incredible experience. The hotel is located on a charming but very small street. We wondered how difficult it would be to unload and park. The staff were waiting at the entry, and they jumped into action. They had us stop, unload, and then they parked the car in a space across from the hotel (and they paid for parking for a day), all in 2 minutes flat. And with big smiles.
The Reception desk was equally efficient and helpful. Maps, information, suggestions, and tons of friendliness. Then we got to our room: a wow! It overlooked the lovely central courtyard/restaurant and was perfectly done. Immaculate, tastefully decorated, and remarkably comfortable. They have the traditional French separation of toilet room and bath (both perfect). The bed was new and firm. The shower was strong and warm. All good.
And for the rest of the stay, we had guardian angels both at the desk and in the porters, continually checking to make sure that all our needs were met.
This hotel was formerly the private residence of one of Napoleon's cousins, and the service conveys that elegant legacy of this historic Corsican city.

The hotel is very average though very well located. The staff is pleasant but need better training. My stay was paid for since I was travelling in a group. Despite that they insisted on a security and took 100 euros off my debit card. I have called them and spoken to a person at the reception by the name of Roger who promised to revert to me and even took my email ID. Its two days now and no revert. That speaks of very poor management .
The breakfast was nothing to write home about.
Poor selection of tv programs. Do not cater to international travelers.
Very poorly designed side tables at the bedside.

Nice hotel, stuff very helpful. We took comfort room and it's spacious, very clean. Hotel has wi-fi but beakfast is not included and cost 35⬠per person. Realy too much!! Hotel hasn't its own parking but the receptionst gave us first parking place in front of the hotel that is occupied for taxies. Great gesture!!
